Beautiful deluxe waterfront condominium, located slightly north of town, within an easy walk to everything. Inexpensive taxis are also readily available in front of the building. This non-smoking, air conditioned unit is located up seven steps from the parking lot. It offers a private double balcony with table and chairs for your morning breakfast, and two chaise lounges. There is a beautiful freshwater pool, with shallow area for little ones, man-made beach, and the ocean right at your doorstep, with some of the finest snorkeling/diving opportunities right outside your front door. The unit has two large bedrooms. The waterfront master bedroom has a king size bed, and the jungle-view second bedroom has two double-size beds. The ocean views are intoxicating!
Only eight units share a private swimming pool and beach, with palapas for shade. Maid service is available upon request, with towels and linens provided. Beach towels are also provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with a breakfast bar, and the dining room table is extra large. Free long distance telephone incoming or outgoing to the United States or Canada and free high-speed wireless internet are also included (please bring your own laptop and ethernet cable), along with cable TV, VCR, DVD player, IPOD Docking Station, and CD player. This unit also offers a huge supply of DVD movies and VCR movies to enjoy. There is complimentary snorkel gear for guests for one adult male, one adult female, and one child. Child friendly: puzzles, cartoon videos and sand toys on premises. Hair dryer for guest use as well.
