Executive retreat-the best place on the planet to unwind. Relax to the sound of the surf. Walk directly across the street to the best swimming beach on Maui. BBQ on the rooftop garden. This property is perfectly located so that you can see the sun and moon set over the Pacific Ocean every day of the year. You see the road to Lahaina past McGregor Point in the North all the way to past Little Beach in Makena to the South. You can see the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai and sometimes Molokai.

From the lanai, you can see if the surf is up at the Cove a few blocks to the north-a great place for a surf lesson. Nearby you can swim with the dolphins and snorkel with the turtles. "Everything under the sun" kind of outdoor activity is nearby as well as great restaurants and world class golf. Fine dining and up scale shopping will be found in Wailea a short distance to the south. Or, more moderately priced restaurants and shops are found in Kihei.

  • Mountain View : You can see the West Maui Mountains as well as the Island of Lanai, Kahoolawe and Molokini. Haleakala is visible from the back side of the property and from the rooftop garden.

  • The Maui Aquarium is a short drive away in Maalaea Harbor where you will also find many boat cruises such as whale watching, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, sunset cruises and much, much more. This area is a National Marine Humpback Whale Sanctuary. The National Marine Humpback Whale Sanctuary Office is a few blocks away. There are other marine sanctuaries nearby such as in La Peruose for exceptional snorkeling.
