My family took a chance and booked on VRBO. We were amazed at the view, price and beautiful decor of this condo on the bay. Highly recommend this condo for any two couples or family of 4 to enjoy the view of the bay and comfortable condo. This was a home away from home with all the necessities. The owners have paid such attention to details with the comfort and beach decor. What a fun getaway for my family and will be back to enjoy again and again!

This place was so much more than we expected! Beautiful decor, great views of little bay. This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Totally immaculate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend this place.

Fabulous, and all descriptions of top quality in all furnishings and all amenities are accurate. Need more than words to describe the feelings and sense of total relaxation with all needs met and exceeded. The surrounding community is peaceful, quiet and clean. My wife and I have managed and sold resort waterfront vacation rentals. Denise and Tim have excelled in the design and construction of this "picture perfect" home. Comfort and ease of maneuverability have been designed into this condo. Lack of clutter has been achieved. And, those are the differences between building a condo for rent, and building a lovely home to share. Daily, we experienced many bird species, porpoises, fish, beaches, restaurants, museums, shops, gardens, etc along the coast from Rockport to Corpus Christi and we looked forward returning every evening to exhilarating relaxation. We offer our highest recommendation and thanks for value exceeding price.

My wife and I visited in April and had a great time. Like everyone else, we were quite impressed with the inside of the condo and the beautiful view off the back porch. We spent most mornings drinking coffee and reading on the back porch. Rockport is a nice small town with several great restaurants, and Port Aransas is only 10-15 miles away. We found plenty of activities to keep ourselves occupied. The reviews and the description of the condo were quite accurate. We would love to return soon! Thanks Tim and Denise!

Best Getaway in Years

We had the most amazing time in Rockport. Partly because we needed the getaway, but mostly because this condo has it all. The long balcony, three large sliding glass patio doors, plenty of water views, frolicking dolphins, boats gently moving in and out of Little Bay - it's all here. We took advantage of the upscale coffee maker and were mesmerized by the attention to detail and personalized decor. It is obvious that this is not your everyday rental. Grilling, fishing, and swimming are literally at your fingertips. Fresh seafood at the wharf is just moments away. Rockport Beach Park is just a short drive and a glorious beach. We will come back to Rockport soon and often and will always plan to stay here. It offers the best of all worlds. Thank you, Tim and Denise, for sharing your "little slice of heaven" with the rest of us.

After renting many condos, cottages, & cabins during our travels, we would certainly give your condo an excellent rating. The views were awesome in the bay as we sat inside or out and watched the dolphins swim by as well the pelicans diving for fish. You thought of everything in the kitchen, so it was easy to prepare meals. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous, clean, well maintained condo with us. Once you get used to the ritual of the daily dolphin dances (8,9,or sometimes 10AM)in the serenity and quietude of the harbor setting, you should certainly consider this listing for your vacation rental.

Though we're regular visitors to Rockport we rented this condo over the 4th of July because of people overflow at our family's home. Wow, what a beautiful place! The decor is amazing! Very tastefully done yet homey at the same time. All of the comforts of home and then some. Very cozy beds and I loved sitting on the deck watching the activities on the bay. This will be my first choice when renting in Rockport again. Thumbs up to Denise and Tim and thanks for the use of your little gem!

Although I have been visiting Rockport for about 40 years, this was a first visit for this rental. Our usual place was booked and I was anxious about liking this location. It is wonderful! You have a view from every window. The interior is immaculately kept and decorated. It is a place of rest for the soul. The king bed was one of the best beds I have ever slept in. It is not a condo to abuse, however, but one to appreciate and offer happy memories to reflect upon. Thank you Denise and Tim, for all the beauty you share with your renters. Susan Harder

What a wonderful condo! Light and airy decor sets the tone for relaxation in this lovely condo. Beautifully furnished and well stocked with necessary household items so that all you need to bring is your personal items. A plus is the wonderful location and the bay view from every room. We plan to return again and again!

What a pleasant surprise to stay somewhere for the first time and it meet all of your expectations - comfortable, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and all the extras you could imagine - even brochures on what to do and where to eat! It's a beautiful location and very relaxing. The owners also went out of their way to accomodate us. It's definately worth another trip sometime!!

The minute we walked into this vacation rental we knew it was different. It was like walking into a home decorating magazine, yet it was comfortable and homey too. The condo was filled with everything you could need for a short or a long vacation from lots of fluffy towels and comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Both bedrooms and the living room have double pane Pella sliding glass doors which make the condo very quiet. We have stayed at other vacation rentals, but they seem old and dingy and compared to this one. Everything was new and comfortable and every little detail was well thought out. We really enjoyed sitting out on the long deck watching the birds fish out on Little Bay, the view was just fantastic. Rockport is about half way between Aransas National Wildlife Refuge and Port Aransas so it was perfect for us to visit each place. We have always stayed in sandy Port Aransas but not any longer, Rockport and this condo are now our preferred beach vacation spot.

One step inside the door and we were officially "on vacation." Oh my gosh, instant relaxation! The sound of the water and seagulls, the saltwater breeze, and all we had to do was step out onto the deck. Tim and Denise, what a wonderful place you've made on the water. We instantly fell in love with your condo. It's beautiful, but also totally comfortable and livable, and there was nothing we wanted or needed that we did not find. We very much appreciated the amenities-the fluffy towels, bedding (oh, the good and comfortable mattresses!), the well-equipped kitchen, just to name a few. Thanks for letting us sample coastal living in this most lovely getaway. We'll definitely be returning.

As a former owner of a rental beach condo, I was unprepared for the absolute quality of this rental! It is better equipped than most homes - down to the padded clothes hangers (which just happen to match the wallpaper!) Oh, and the view is spectacular, too! I can't wait to go back.
