This bright, modern and well-exposed villa is located on a private property of 5 ha and composed of 11 individual houses. Located 20 min away by foot from Calvi's centre and the marina, 900 m away from the beach and the pine woods.
Recently built, it offers all necessary comforts: equipped kitchen, living area, living room, kitchen, dining room adjoining the garden and pool, terrace with garden furniture and Weber grill. A corridor isolates the living room and leads to a guest toilet and 2 bedrooms (1 with large double bed, the other with 2 single beds - convertible into 1 double bed). Each bedroom has its own shower room or bathroom with toilet. There is a laundry room: washing machine, dryer and iron available.
The kitchen is fully equipped: convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processors etc.
Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, television (TNT and 6 foreign channels).
Private phone linked to reception and outdoors, Wi-Fi Internet or RJ45 access in all the rooms.
Bedding, bath and pool linen provided and household cleaning products as well.
Dish soap, sponge, trash bags. Gas bottles provided. Daily cleaning and change of linen upon request. All inclusive!
