Our luxurious villa is over 3000 sq.ft has three ensuite bedrooms. .There is a large florida great room and a family room for added privacy.. It is surrounded by beautiful landscaped garden and backis unto a Canal. There are several golf courses on site or nearby and are open to the public. Unspoilt lbeautiful local Beaches are just about ten munites away. Yet it is quiet and local wild life abound.
Deep sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, seaplane trips, cruises and other water sports are in abundance nearby.You can enjoy the sight of wildlife such as gators passing through the canal sunning themselves by the canal near the villa l. Different types of fish can be seen in the canals.The presence of herons and other intresting birds are a very farmiliar sight. The poolside is well equipped with sunloungers, table and chairs for your relaxation, and BBQ GRILL.
Rotonda is located between Englewood and Port Charlotte on the gulf coast of Florida where there are, white sandy beaches and warm seas.There are supermarkets and fine restaurants nearby. Miami and Orlando are about two and half hours drive away for more fun.Sarasota and Fort Myers are less than an hour away. Tampa and BUSH GARDENS are about one hour away.

I'm coming to the end of my stay in this wonderful villa and I can honestly say I am sad to leave. I have had the most marvellous time. Firstly when you enter the villa it's so light and airy and fresh and clean you feel instanly at home. All rooms were well made with ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, take out plastics were even provided which we found very useful on our daily trips to the beach. The location is also very good. We visited many beaches, Siesta Beach in Sarasota (my personal favourite), Manasota beach a few miles down the road, Englewood beach. We went to Port Charlotte which has an excellent shopping mall, as does Sarasota. Nearby is littered with restaurants, I could have eaten out at every meal everyday for 2 weeks and still wouldn't have been to the same place twice. Best of all I would say the pre-booking service was great. What an attentive and receptive couple. A pleasure to interact with you both. Excellent job Amina & James

Amina and James we have really enjoyed renting your villa for the last 2 years each Jan & Feb. The layout of the villa is excellent, neighbors are friendly, Comcast Internet is fast and reliable, is a very quite safe neighborhood, very little auto traffic, good place for walking. Very difficult to find a 3 bedroom rental with ensuit bathrooms. Would highly recommend 178 Broadmoor Lane. Randy & Faith Winchester, TN.

This is a Villa in Paradise. Everything is beautiful. I would recommend this villa to anyone with children or just couples wanting a great getaway. House is filled with anything you need.
