Our big luxury villa has three bedrooms/Threebaths. .There is a large family room and a great room.The three bedrooms each contain king, queen and two twin beds. It is surrounded by beautiful landscape and backing unto the Rotonda Canal. There are several golf courses on site or nearby. Beaches are just about ten munites away.

Deep sea fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, seaplane trips and other water sports are in abundance nearby.You can enjoy the sight of wildlife such as gators passing through the canal. Different types of fish can be seen in the canals.The presence of herons and other intresting birds are very farmiliar sight in the surroundings.The poolside is well equipped with sunchairs dinningtable and chairs and BBQ GRILL.

Rotonda is located between Englewood and Port Charlotte and has long, white sandy beaches and warm seas.There are supermarkets and fine restaurants nearby. Miami and Orlando are about two and half hours drive away for more fun.Sarasota and Fort Myers are less than an hour away.

  • Amina and James we have really enjoyed renting your villa for the last 2 years each Jan & Feb. The layout of the villa is excellent, neighbors are friendly, Comcast Internet is fast and reliable, is a very quite safe neighborhood, very little auto traffic, good place for walking. Very difficult to find a 3 bedroom rental with ensuit bathrooms. Would highly recommend 178 Broadmoor Lane. Randy & Faith Winchester, TN.

  • This is a Villa in Paradise. Everything is beautiful. I would recommend this villa to anyone with children or just couples wanting a great getaway. House is filled with anything you need.
