JUST A VERY SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH, we are nestled in a quiet part of Shipyard Plantation next door to Beachwalker and the Crown Plaza. This condominium is a professionally decorated upstairs two-bedroom condo with Plantation Shutters on all windows and a sliding glass door to the deck, making it very light and bright with an open floor plan. We are Dog Friendly.

MASTER BEDROOM, has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV & DVD, and a full bath with double sinks. The 2nd BEDROOM has 2 twin size beds, TV & DVD and a full bath. Our laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is next to the fully-equipped KITCHEN.
Conveniently located near a variety of shopping and over 200 dining opportunities.
Take just a short 8 minute walk or a 3minute bike ride down our tree covered paved path to the Beautiful Beach and Beach Club, the famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center. There is also a Health Club at the beautiful Crown Plaza. The Health Club has daily and weekly passes for a very affordable price. The Beach clubhouse and restroom facilities at the beach are new.

Enjoyed a fun with with a group of my girlfriend at this lovely condo. We loved the short, shaded walk to the beach and especially loved the hot tub! There was plenty of room for all of us and our 'stuff'. We enjoyed our breakfast on the back patio overlooking the pool. We will be back in the spring! Denise Meng

We rented this unit for the first week in October 2011. The description listed PREMIUM RATED, but should have said DATED & WORN, BUT ADEQUATE. During our stay we had the cleaners come and clean the cushions on all of the chairs and the kitchen rug as they were spotted and dirty. The furniture was very old and one chair had broken spokes on the seat back. The dishwasher had 20 tines missing from the top rack, making it nearly impossible to stack bowls in it. A repair man looked at it and said it was 20+ years old. The rental company called later in the week to say they had the owner's permission to replace it, but we had already been inconvenienced enough and declined. The deck was dirty with a broken wind chime and a rusted metal pineapple as decorations. There were spider webs everywhere on the deck to the point that we decided not to use the deck. We had pest control come and spray as a large roach crawled across the ceiling one evening. I would never rent this unit again as there are better values elsewhere.
