If you're searching for sunshine in a quiet neighborhood with access to secluded beaches along with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay, look no further than to "Breezy Decks". Our week long visit included morning strolls along the beach, afternoon visits to the pool and sand, and evening sunset views from the spacious deck. Prior to our stay, John was very helpful with information about the island and remained accommodating throughout the stay. We hope to visit again sooner rather than later!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Incredible house in a gated community with all the ammenities of home and then some! Minutes walk down the boardwalk to the beach - which seemed almost like our own private beach! The house is large and very comfortable with everything you can possibly need. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was awesone after a day in the sun. The neighborhood was quiet with a great pool and tennis court. Sitting on the back deck in the morning, you can watch dolphins swim by-it was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you John for sharing your home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The house is huge. We had three families stay here for a get together and we had plenty of room. The downstairs was great for the boys to hang out. Very quiet and secluded. Very, very nice!!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

This home is hugh! Was so much more than we thought it would be. The downstairs room is self contained except for a stove. This room is larger than some of the other rentals that I have stayed in. Loved the white sands of the beach and particularly the privacy at this home. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, gated community so there was no traffic to worry with. We brought our children's bicycles and they rode around the entire neighborhood. They loved the pool, the tennis court and the boardwalk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again. We all slept like logs, between the great beds and the sounds from the shrimp boats and bouys, it was so relaxing.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

About the owner: My wife and myself have two daughters. The youngest still attends Auburn University. My oldest graduated from Samford and got her Masters from Auburn.
Why the Owner Chose Dauphin Island:
I enjoy the three levels the house offers. Large decks front and rear so there is always breeze in your face...if you like. Three separate central air and heat units so everyone gets their 'way'. Huge hot water heater never lets you run out of hot water. Top of the line mattresses give you a great nights sleep. Fantastic flat screen TV with impeccable clarity. Top quality components throughout the home - we built it to retire in and we took it to another level. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac it offers a very peaceful existance. Lots to love about the place!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Great House located in a gated subdivison with pool, tennis court, playground and white sandy beaches. Saltwater pool has restrooms and showers. Boardwalk takes you to the shoreline.
