All are located in Red Pine Complex, at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort. We are literally just minutes from the people mover, bus stops, and The Canyons Resort.
We just completed a total remodel on this beautiful 4 bedroom,4 bath townhouse.All new hickory cabinets, appliances, hardwood floors, tile, etc. You will love the mountain lodge decor, and all the extras that you get when you rent from the owner. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, condiments in the frig, and all the kitchen gadgets and small appliances you could possible want. We have quality dishes, pots/pans, baking dishes, crock pot, griddle.......you name it. This is our second home and we have furnished it with everything we need. You will feel the comfort of a home, not a hotel.
Nestled in the Wasatch Range of Utah and at the Base of the New Canyons Ski Resort, this comfortable, non-smoking townhouse is perfectly located for your winter ski trip, or summer vacations.
With Tanger Outlet Mall just a couple of miles North, and Downtown Park City a couple of miles south, you must agree, this location is the best in the area. Deer Valley Ski Resort, and Park City Resort are also just minutes away. Of course, you can always stay close, ski the Canyons,and ride the Cabroilet right up to the base, and be on your way in just minutes.
You will find this spacious townhouse to have all the luxury of home. Cable TV in three bedrooms and surround sound in the living room. We also offer wireless internet service.
The four beautifully furnished bedrooms are all updated with new linens, spreads, pillows, hair dryers, and accessories. Two bedroom suites are located downstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with a queen + twin. The master suite is upstairs, has a king bed and or course, a private bath. The main floor has one small bedroom with bunks beds(single over double)and a private bath.
For our SUMMER GUESTS, you will have a short walk to the clubhouse to enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools,(one is heated and open all winter!)children's pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts and picnic area. The two hot-tubs and saunna are available for guests all year long.
This townhouse also has a private balcony with scenic view and a new gas grill for outdoor cooking.(propane tank provided)
We provide parking for 2 cars, one covered. The quiet complex is well maintained and secured.
Booking Policies
50% need to hold reservation. The final 50% is due 45 days before arrival. Deposits on Cancellations less than 60 days in advance are non refundable. However, we will help you apply these funds to a future stay. Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance will receive a full refund, less $200.

I just returned from Canyons a few days ago and was beyond satisfied with this town home. I went with a 9 person group (2 couples and 5 singles) and everyone was very happy with our selection. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms fit us all perfectly with comfortable beds and private bathrooms for each room (very nice feature). The kitchen was well stocked and the dining and living room areas were spacious and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a must have! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Canyons/Park City. It was a short drive to downtown Park City and an easy walk to the people mover to ski Canyons. We also skied Snowbird a few days and that was an easy 45 min drive. When I return to Canyons, this will be where I will be staying!

Had a great time at this townhome!! We had a large group (9) of snowboarders, and really enjoyed the proximity to Park City and The Canyons. The house had great new appliances, ample sleeping arrangements, and a community clubhouse with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

The place was fantastic! It was spotless, with lots of room, great beds, and comfortable. Everything worked and very close to the cabriolet lift. The kitchen is tops, with most any kitchen need you might have. But the real thing that made it special was how wonderful the owner was, Jean- Ann was the finest owner of any vacation rental I have ever used before. As an airline employee and world traveler I assure you, you will not be disappointed here.

Owner response:The shuttle bus stop is on the main road (Canyons Resort Drive), right around the corner from our townhome, about 30 yards. It is called "The Canyon's Loop" and will take you to the Canyon's Cabriolet, or to the Park City Transiet Bus Stop. (which will take you to downtown Park City , Park City Resort or Deer Valley.

My friends and I have been taking a yearly ski trip for nine years. This condo was the best one we have stayed in yet. It comfortably fit all of our needs. The central location of the kitchen and living room made it easy to have conversation while fixing meals. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with all the tools we needed. The location was excellent. Very nicely located close to the Canyons and Park City ski resorts. The owners were quite accomodating to all our needs and helpful in making suggestions about where to get discount lift tickets, groceries and places to eat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Park City/ Canyons area. P.S. The Olympic Bobsled run rocks- it is the craziest thing any of us has ever done!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years but I believe this was the best yet. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 2 married children and one single daughter and ourselves. The location is excellent with access to the ski slopes only a short walk or drive away. The kitchen is well equipped with good cooking tools (pots/pans/etc) and a very wide assortment of condiments, seasonings and some other food stuffs. The sleeping arrangements were great for the 7 of us, 3 married couples and 1 single, with plenty of seating in the living area as well. The owner, Jean Ann, was most responsive to our needs and helped us a great deal as we prepared for our trip to Utah. When we come back to Park City this will be the first place we come to when looking to make arrangements. Great place! Great local! Great owner!

We just had the best Christmas while staying here. We loved the decorations that Jean put up for us. We have no complaints whatsoever. We can't say enough wonderful things about it! While the pictures are accurate, we feel that they don't do justice to the actual space you have or the picturesque views. We had ample room and a luxurious feel to our stay while at the same time felt perfectly at home. We felt that we also had great privacy within the condo as well as in each bedroom. We loved having four bedrooms and four private bathrooms! The fully equipped even handled a full dinner with turkey and all the trimmings. We highly recommend this condo to our closest friends and family. I think we found our "place" to stay from now on each time we visit Utah! That's saying alot since we have been going about every year since 2002!

I can't say enough good things about our stay this past Labor Day! The location in Park city was amazing and so convenient, we couldn't have asked for more. The pool was still open so we enjoyed a few days swimming, we went to the outlet stores just down the street and we rode the gondola (takes us to The Canyons ski resort) and watched an outdoor concert. The condo itself was awesome and came stocked with anything we needed and more! We had 8 adults & 2 children and it fit us all perfectly! I think the best part was working with the condo owners! She was so accomodating and helpful. My husband left a pair of pants and a shirt after we had left and she was kind enough to mail them back to us! We will definitely be coming back to stay here since we usually spend every Labor Day in PC!

My daughters and I spent a wonderful, fun, fulfilling week in your townhouse. The townhouse was absolutey beatiful and everything was very close so we could go on adventures. Jean ann was very nice and so easy to work with. This townhouse had all the top amenities. We never had to eat out or go do laundry. It was so comfortable and amazing I will never stay in a hotel when i return to Park City. What an awesome city. We will definately be back. It was one of our best vacations, Thank you so much Jean Ann for a GREAT vacation.
