We were 4 co-workers traveling for a snowboard trip in Park City. I cannot stress enough the convenient location this house has to everything in Park City, especially to the Canyons Resort which is literally a stone's throw away and can be reached on foot. The living room and bed rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Jean made all the arrangements very easy and she was very accessible when we called with questions about the home and/or vicinity. It was the first time using VRBO by 3 of my co-workers and they were pleased with how accurate the information and pictures were on the website. The home exceeded our expectations and we can certainly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Park City for a ski or snowboard trip.

I just returned from Canyons a few days ago and was beyond satisfied with this town home. I went with a 9 person group (2 couples and 5 singles) and everyone was very happy with our selection. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. The bedrooms fit us all perfectly with comfortable beds and private bathrooms for each room (very nice feature). The kitchen was well stocked and the dining and living room areas were spacious and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a must have! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Canyons/Park City. It was a short drive to downtown Park City and an easy walk to the people mover to ski Canyons. We also skied Snowbird a few days and that was an easy 45 min drive. When I return to Canyons, this will be where I will be staying!

Snowboarding Trip

Had a great time at this townhome!! We had a large group (9) of snowboarders, and really enjoyed the proximity to Park City and The Canyons. The house had great new appliances, ample sleeping arrangements, and a community clubhouse with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

The place was fantastic! It was spotless, with lots of room, great beds, and comfortable. Everything worked and very close to the cabriolet lift. The kitchen is tops, with most any kitchen need you might have. But the real thing that made it special was how wonderful the owner was, Jean- Ann was the finest owner of any vacation rental I have ever used before. As an airline employee and world traveler I assure you, you will not be disappointed here.

Great accommodations and location

We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years but I believe this was the best yet. The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 2 married children and one single daughter and ourselves. The location is excellent with access to the ski slopes only a short walk or drive away. The kitchen is well equipped with good cooking tools (pots/pans/etc) and a very wide assortment of condiments, seasonings and some other food stuffs. The sleeping arrangements were great for the 7 of us, 3 married couples and 1 single, with plenty of seating in the living area as well. The owner, Jean Ann, was most responsive to our needs and helped us a great deal as we prepared for our trip to Utah. When we come back to Park City this will be the first place we come to when looking to make arrangements. Great place! Great local! Great owner!

Great vacation

Had a great time. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Close to slopes but still had to walk with skiis (thought there was a shuttle). would recomment

Owner response:The shuttle bus stop is on the main road (Canyons Resort Drive), right around the corner from our townhome, about 30 yards. It is called "The Canyon's Loop" and will take you to the Canyon's Cabriolet, or to the Park City Transiet Bus Stop. (which will take you to downtown Park City , Park City Resort or Deer Valley.

Great time at the Red Pine

My friends and I have been taking a yearly ski trip for nine years. This condo was the best one we have stayed in yet. It comfortably fit all of our needs. The central location of the kitchen and living room made it easy to have conversation while fixing meals. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with all the tools we needed. The location was excellent. Very nicely located close to the Canyons and Park City ski resorts. The owners were quite accomodating to all our needs and helpful in making suggestions about where to get discount lift tickets, groceries and places to eat. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Park City/ Canyons area. P.S. The Olympic Bobsled run rocks- it is the craziest thing any of us has ever done!

Better than ever imagined!

We just had the best Christmas while staying here. We loved the decorations that Jean put up for us. We have no complaints whatsoever. We can't say enough wonderful things about it! While the pictures are accurate, we feel that they don't do justice to the actual space you have or the picturesque views. We had ample room and a luxurious feel to our stay while at the same time felt perfectly at home. We felt that we also had great privacy within the condo as well as in each bedroom. We loved having four bedrooms and four private bathrooms! The fully equipped even handled a full dinner with turkey and all the trimmings. We highly recommend this condo to our closest friends and family. I think we found our "place" to stay from now on each time we visit Utah! That's saying alot since we have been going about every year since 2002!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend!

I can't say enough good things about our stay this past Labor Day! The location in Park city was amazing and so convenient, we couldn't have asked for more. The pool was still open so we enjoyed a few days swimming, we went to the outlet stores just down the street and we rode the gondola (takes us to The Canyons ski resort) and watched an outdoor concert. The condo itself was awesome and came stocked with anything we needed and more! We had 8 adults & 2 children and it fit us all perfectly! I think the best part was working with the condo owners! She was so accomodating and helpful. My husband left a pair of pants and a shirt after we had left and she was kind enough to mail them back to us! We will definitely be coming back to stay here since we usually spend every Labor Day in PC!

A group of 12 of us renting two of these properties while we were in Park City for a wedding. Both properties were well-maintained and comfortable. Owner was great to work with. I highly recommend these homes.

My daughters and I spent a wonderful, fun, fulfilling week in your townhouse. The townhouse was absolutey beatiful and everything was very close so we could go on adventures. Jean ann was very nice and so easy to work with. This townhouse had all the top amenities. We never had to eat out or go do laundry. It was so comfortable and amazing I will never stay in a hotel when i return to Park City. What an awesome city. We will definately be back. It was one of our best vacations, Thank you so much Jean Ann for a GREAT vacation.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is beautiful and in even better condition than it appears in the photos. A recent remodel has made it very updated and it feels brand new. Jean was extremely helpful and easy to work with in booking the condo. She was aware of our every need and took extra time and effort to make sure we had everything. We appreciated the games, extra towels, and the kitchen with all the pots and pans and even a crock pot. There were also baby gates which were a life saver for our 10 month old. This was a great rental and we will definitely try to stay here again!

My family, along with two other families, vacationed in Park City in March 2010. We stayed at this beautiful rental. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the rooms have a generous amount of space and are nicely furnished with comfortable bed arrangements, each room has access to it's own bathroom (especially nice when you are vacationing with teenagers), the rental is convenienetly situated to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and downtown Park City, and is within walking distance to the base a great ski resort! The layout of the rental is conducive for families and friends to enjoy sharing vacation time together without feeling "crowded." This rental was nice and clean when we arrived, and the owners made every accommodation to us as promised in their listing. I recommend this rental it to anyone trying to accommodate a large party or where families/friends are sharing vacation time.

We arrived to a borrowed home. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the den was perfect after a long day skiing. The bed rooms made everyone feel welcome and the beds slept great. If Park City is your destination then you are at the right place. The owner was most helpful in the preparing us for our vacation. The condo was great for Snowmobiling, Park City, Deer Valley and of course the Canyons. There is a brew pub at Park City just before the resort that had great food and was reasonable.
