Welcome to the Poconos! If your expectations of the Poconos are dark panelling, champagne glass tubs and tacky, your expectations are about to change.
Professionally decorated townhouse, boasts over 2400 square feet of space, featuring four bedrooms and three full baths. There is one King-size bed, two queen-size, two twins and four sofa beds. Children and adults will peacefully coexist in the multi level design with a 27 inch TV with VCR/DVD in the family room plus a seven foot air hockey table.
There is a 32 inch LCD with DVD/VCR in the living room plus a gas fireplace. There are two additional 19 inch TV's with DVDs.
There is a deck with gas fireplace for your summer cook-outs, plus the owners membership in the Lake Club for use of the pool and beach plus boating and fishing.
The winter will have you playing at the Big Boulder Ski resort which is a short walk away.

Friday to Friday .............. $1900/week (plus $400 security deposit).
Friday to Sunday .. $1200/weekend (plus $300 security deposit).

While this is their personal home, Carl is a licensed Realtor in the State of Pennsylvania and has more than fifteen years experience.
Carl personally inspects the property between every rental and insures the cleaning company has been through and the linens laundered for you. Your on vacation; you shouldn't have to worry about doing the wash!
