The 25% deposit is not refunded on cancellation by renter if cancelled within 6 weeks of the date of commencement of your holiday.
Payment terms are 25% on reservation, followed by the balance and 300€ Security Deposit 4 weeks before rental commencement. Payment is in Euros only by direct BACS transfer into our bank account. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days after a satisfactory inspection of the property. Any breakages or damage must be reported before your departure to avoid any deductions from deposit

There are many golf courses very close by for example: Greenlife Golf set in the Elviria Hills, Santa Maria & Santa Clara golf courses & the famous Marbella Golf & Country Club.
Elviria beach is about 15-20 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car.
Nikki Beach is next to Elviria beach about 1.5 kms from the house.
Excursion to Tangiers Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is 35 minutes).
Golf: The house is situated only a few metres from the famous Santa Maria golf course and also Greenlife Golf. Within a close radius of the house there are around 10 other golf courses for you to choose from!
Ski: The Sierra Navada mountains, near Granada, is only 2 hours drive away from the house. It is possible to be on the beach in the morning & be skiing the slopes in the afternoon during some months of the year!
The old town of Marbella is absolutely charming. The streets are narrow and cobbled, with chic boutiques and local cafés side by side. At the heart of the Old Town known as 'El Casco Antiguo' lies the Orange Square, which is also where the tourist office is ready to give you maps and information. Cross the road from the Alameda Park fountain and walk through the Orange Square past the old castle wall and into the impressive Cathedral. The Old Town is perfect for shopping and relaxing in the many cafés, restaurants and bars. This was the only shopping centre in Marbella 10 years ago before El Corte Inglés and the ultra modern La Cañada shopping centre arrived. You will find real hand made clothing and jewellery in the boutiques around the Old Town.

About: We purchased the house in October 2005 for our use, family and close friends only. The house is our home and not a holiday home.
Why Elviria: We have been visiting Elviria for the past 20 years and know the area very well. We decided that it was time to buy our own permanent piece of Andalucia and to spend more time there. The property is situated in a quiet, non-touristy location, with a green outlook due to the number of Pine and Cork Trees all around the area. To the rear and at the side of the house it is open countryside and the house is not overlooked by any other property. From the sun terraces there are lovely views down to the sea and on a clear day you can clearly see the coastline of Morocco.
The Unique Benefits at this House: The peace and tranquillity of the area, the lovely sandy beach and nearby sea, the many local facilities, and also the location to easily visit many other interesting places in the region. The other main benefit is that the local airport of Malaga is easily reached from most European and Scandinavian airport within a few hours.
