The listing information and photos accurately describe the condo in appearance and amenities. The smallest bedroom is very, very tiny, and we had to remove a small piece of furniture in order to open the trundle. Once the trundle was open, the room was basically wall to wall mattress. Nevertheless, my family members who used this room said that it was comfortable. Overall, the property was clean and well-maintained. There were a few minor problems (inaccessible ceiling light bulbs needing replacement, etc.) which were repaired promptly. Upon leaving I informed the agent of outside deck tiles needing prompt repair. I was advised before arrival that an electric bar-b-que grill was available at the unit. However, the unit had two very old and worn charcoal grills that were basically unusable. The layout of the deck is perfect. It has some sun protection and is private. The deck is also a very, very easy access to the beach, which is only a few steps away. In fact, this unit had the easiest, quickest, and best beach access of any place I have rented, and my family and I have been taking yearly beach vacations for 30 years. Covered parking is also great. Finally, the family drove into Pensacola Beach to eat at the Grand Marlin, and the food was top notch. If you are thinking about a beach condo, you couldn't go wrong with this unit. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Fantastic! The townhouse was very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Large rooms with nice furniture, but I spent most of my time on the upstairs balcony and downstairs porch - they provided great views of the beach during the day and a relaxing spot to sit and listen to the waves at night. One advantage of this townhouse is that the beach in front is far less crowded than the spots in front of the large condo buildings. Most days there were 5 or 6 people directly in front of this property compared to the hundreds of people lining the beach in front of the larger properties.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great kitchen...with everything you need to cook with. The rooms were beautifully decorated and great mattresses!!!! We were steps from our own private beach with beautiful emerald water and white sand. NO OIL. The views from the back bedroom and the back patio were fabulous. Three couples and two children stayed very comfortable here. Thanks...we are telling all our friends!!
