Come enjoy the Guadalupe River on the famous Horseshoe Loop: the Number 1 tubing mecca in the Texas Hill Country.
Our house features two decks suspended over the Guadalupe River with a pathway leading down to the River from the lower deck. Attached to the house is a four level deck system. The house is rustic cedar on the inside very much like a ski lodge with a sunny and open second story loft area containing the 2nd and 3rd sleeping areas (bedrooms have one wall open to the loft side). This home gives you the feeling of being secluded in the woods surrounded by the magnificent limestone of the Devil's Backbone cliffs.
Our huge privacy fenced in yard contains many shade trees and features one oak tree that is over 100 feet tall and elm trees 60+ feet tall. The gentle Guadalupe River rapids will lull you to sleep and the bright stars shining in from the many vaulted windows will watch over you while you slumber. The one acre fenced in yard has a volleyball net and plenty of safe space for the kids to play. Our big BBQ pit and lots of natural shade in the afternoon provides our guests with plenty of inspiration to cook and eat outside.
Our house is located only 16 miles from New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn and 5 minutes from Canyon Lake (and public boat ramps), so you are surrounded by water recreation second to none. Lots of shopping to be done in and around our house in Sattler, New Braunfels, Wimberley, and the famous outlet malls in San Marcos (only 30 minutes away). Since the house is on 306 at the horseshoe there is no need to fight the traffic of River Road!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Peak: April to Labor Day $475/nt (Su-Th); $600/nt (Fr-Sa-Holiday) (up to 12 ppl).
Peak Season - 3 night min. / 4 night min. on Hoildays. Call for specials.
Off-peak: Labor Day to April $375/nt (Su-Th); $475/nt (Fr-Sa-Hol) (up to 12 ppl).
NOTE: Saturday Arrival / Departure requires 2 nights billed at weekend rates.
$600 minimum Security Deposit Required and will be returned within 45 days after
departure less any damages. $100 cleaning fee required per stay.
Must have an adult 24 or older present at all times when minors are present.
10% tax will be added to all rentals (6% State and 4% WORD taxes).
