Property description

Semidetached in a private complex, finished in 2006. Located only 150 m from Plaza del Cargador which is ideal for children since it is very shallow. The house and the equipment are brandnew and of high quality. It comprises leather sofas, panoramic TV, stereo, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, etc. (sheets and towels are optional). On the lower level is a spacious living room measuring 32 sqm, toilet with shower, fully fitted kitchen measuring 10 sqm, gardens with furniture and pergola, awning, chairs, teak table etc. measuring 60 sqm and there is a car park in front of the front door. On the upper level are a parental bedroom with a 1.50 m bed with a bathroom and a private terrace, a bedroom with two 0.90 m beds, and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds + trundle-bed (fold-out cot optional) and another bathroom on the landing. The development is located in the village so you won't need a car.

Alcocéber or Alcocebre (the official Valencian name is Alcossebre) is a small village which, together with Capicorp and Las Fuentes, is part of the town of Alcalá de Chivert in the Province of Castellon, Spain.

Alcocéber is a small coastal village with 10 km of coast divided in 5 very nice beaches and many unspoilt coves. It is one of the few villages not yet fully developed (like most of the coastal villages).

It is located in the Costa del Azahar, adjoining the end of Peniscola to the north and Torreblanca to the south.

Apart from the coastal area, Alcocéber is known for the many viewpoints offered by the mountains of the Sierra de la Irta.

On the ten km of coast, you will find 4 large sandy beaches: El Cargador (Carregador), Romana, El Moro and Manyetes (or Tropicana), all with a Blue Flag award thanks to their quality. You will also find 3 coves: Three beaches, formed by three rocky coves which are separated by rocks. A small sandy dune separates Cala del Moro from the beach with the same name and Cala Blanca is very close to the lighthouse.

Tropicana Beach has a lot of fauna and flora with endemic plants.

Las Fuentes Beach is one of the most visited and looked for of the area. It is 360 m long and 32 m wide. You will see springs coming out of the sand, coming from rivers that are flowing down from the Sierra de Irta. The Islas Columbretes are just in front of the Castellon Coast and are from volcanic origin.

Diving can be practised in the Islas Columbretes Nature Reserve. Small coves are perfect for nudism. Excellent restaurants and very good gastronomy. With all modern conveniences (supermarkets, medical centre, shops, etc.). Therefore, a car is not necessary: everything can be reached by foot.

With very good connections to Valencia (1 h) and Barcelona (2h30 h) via the motorways.
