Rented this unit for 5 nights in mid September. First the less than excellent, 8 light bulbs were burnt out, no replacements in condo, so the condo was dark in several rooms, the ice maker in the one bedroom unit was not working, the remote control in the one bedroom, bedroom did not funtion. We called Rusty and he put everything in order. And pleasantly!! The Great part to the resort and condo. We had great acess to a beutiful beach with chairs provided by the owner. The pool beachfront was great as was the hot tub. Being on the 5th floor made it easy to access the parking garage and the beach. The layout and the furniture was good. The floors were clean and loved that it was all tiled. We did not sleep in every bed, but the ones we did sleep in were good beds. Linens were also good. I would rent this place again if I were to go back to PCB. The resort is walking distance to a well stocked mini mart. Sharky's resturant is in easy walking distance and we ate there twice. We enjoyed the view from both balcony's and the furniture there is great. On last negative was that the coffee makers in each room had black gunk in the water part. We cleaned them and then used them. We had 9 coffee cups in the one bedroom and 2 in the 2 bedroom. That is a problem with the cleaning service and the owners are now informed. Rent this condo, you will not be sorry.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
