Luxurious & spacious villa only 200 yards to the ocean, in the most exclusive location on Hilton head Island, inside the plantation & inside guarded security gates. The boardwalk is literally, directly across from your front door. It is such fun waking up in the morning and going for a bike ride along the beach. This villa provides huge rooms for maximum comfort when you are not on the beach, playing golf or tennis, or riding your bike along the many bike trails. The club pool is steps from your villa if you choose not to venture too far. Among many amenities comes a completely stocked gourmet kitchen. If you like to cook you may decide to stay home a night or 2 rather than going out to dinner. If you have been to Hilton Head you know about the island's many activities. If it is your first time, rest assured you will be back once you taste the magic of the island. Within walking distance to Kayak and Bicycle rentals, tennis courts, 3 golf courses, pool, hiking trails, boat rentals.

Hilton Head Island: Beautiful villa inside the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, inside the security gates which are guarded 24 hours, 7 days a week. Palmetto Dunes is the most exclusive location on the Island.
The Villa is spacious, 1,500 Sq. ft., with 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor has the Master Bedroom with full bathroom, a large living room, the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Also first fllor has an outside patio. Upstairs has another large bedroom with a full bath room and an office area with seating and highspeed internet connection. Internet can be accessed from any part of the house (highspeed wireless connection). all bedrooms and living room has Cable TV and all local phone calls are free.
Local Information: Palmetto Dunes has 3 beautiful golf courses, tennis courts, walking trails, 11 miles of waterways, beautiful beaches, swimming pools, restaurants, SPAs, health clubs, Kayak and Bike rentals. With in a short drive are other golf courses, restaurants, boat rentals, deep sea fishing, daily dinner, shopping and sight seeing cruises, boat charters..

We have stayed at this property the past two years and have found it to be a perfect fit for our vacation needs. The short walk to the beach, it being pet friendly, and basically everything you need is there for a most enjoyable vacation. The owner is so friendly and helpful and is a pleasure to work with.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

While the weather didn't cooperate during our stay....the condo the great! The This condo is exactly as described in the ad, perfect location in beautiful Palmetto Dunes and close to the beach. I'm a clean freak and was so pleasantly surprised to find the condo shining even though it's pet friendly. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook for a crowd. There's a bedroom and bath on the lower level as well as another bed and bath upstairs making this a great place for 2 couples or a larger family. Matt was great to work with and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation. One last word about Palmetto Dunes. It's a great plantation with bike rentals, great restaurants and even a General Store to get an ice cream cone after dinner! Plus the beach is beautiful. You can't go wrong staying here!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

It was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and I have to say we're planning on coming next year again. The place was exactly as described in the text, super close to the beach, pool, and lots of tranquility around. There isn't a lot of traffic around the unit, which made it easy to move around with our kids and dog. People were extremely friendly, beach was pristine, and the location is perfect. Close to all kinds of restaurants, nature walks, golf/tennis/biking, and shopping (outlet shopping). We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean, and organized.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners.

This was my first stay in Hilton Head, but not the last! The property was clean and spacious. So nice to have linens provided. Also appreciated being able to bring my dog. The reservation process was very easy. Although not oceanfront, the boardwalk is right out the front door, and an easy walk even with a 2 1/2 year old. The Dunes restaurant is ocean front, had live entertainment, great burgers, and is casual and close to the villa. Recommend renting bikes. They were delivered to our door. There is also a general store nearby. The atmosphere is very lush and tropical. I would definitely rent this property again.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay last week at your Ocean Cove home. The location was wonderful, and made getting to and from the beach very convenient each day. The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Photos are accurate in depicting the property. We love dining at The Dunes House, a 5 minute or less walk from the property. Matt, was very helpful in getting our reservation squared away - we had no need to contact anyone once our stay began. We look forward to coming back again soon.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

The property was exactly as described in the listing-200 yards from the beach; the location was perfect.The townhome was very clean and nicely appointed. One small problem occurred and Matt, the owner, was readily accessible and immediately had the problem corrected. Golf was great, restaurants were terrific and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. We have stayed in Hilton Head six times and this was one of our nicest vacations.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at this Ocean Club Villa. Everything was as described and the owner and the management team were not only attentive but curteous, gracious and helpful. The Villa was as described, the pictures are accurate, the surrondings are immacute. Oh yes .... and the beach ... fantastic !! What can we say other than: "We can hardly wait to get back there!"Recommended for: Age 55+.

This was a our 2nd visit to Hilton Head Island and this condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner is kind and easy to communicate with. The condo has everything you need while away from home on vacation and a stay at the beach. The walk to the shore is beautiful and easy to be right on the water in just a few steps. Condo was exactly as described. Centrally located, very short walk to beach. Close to most of island's amenities. Palmetto Dunes is one of the nicest areas of the island. We've been vacationing at HHI for 20+ years. The last week of August this year is one my family will make comparison to in the future. We've rented numerous villas in Palmetto Dunes and houses in Sea Pines. Everything considered, it doesn't get any better this! Access to the beach and the Dunes House is so easy. We met three great families in nearby units who stopped by and spent some time to discuss the wonderful location of Ocean Cove. If I could use only one term to describe our villa, I would say "very comfortable." The sofas and beds are relaxing, and the hot showers are a fantastic way to end a day of biking and beach. And it's the attention to detail that we appreciate the most - like an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off sandy feet, the bikes, and the golden retriever. Or a fantastic cable TV package that had ESPNU so we could watch UT vs. NC State. Our younger daughter chilled-out upstairs in privacy, and she gives the villa an A+. We owe a big "Thank You" to the owner for allowing pets in their villa. Tucker (the golden) enjoyed stretching out on the cool tile floor and the ceiling fans as much as he did playing in the ocean and walking on the beach. Return trip?
