Our lovely four bedroom, three bathroom villa is situated in Naples, the Jewel of the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is furnished to a very high standard. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV and en-suite. The second master has queen-sized bed, and there are also two well-appointed, twin-bedded rooms. There are two further bathrooms, with the overall layout being ideal for two families.The garden and landscaping is arguably among the best on the development.
The Great Room has a lovely airy feel, and boasts TV, DVD player and VCR, along with a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities, including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer and is adjacent to the breakfast nook, a cozy eating area with a small table and two chairs. The dining area has a glass-topped table large enough to seat eight diners comfortably.
A utility room houses a washer and tumble dryer, with access to the double garage. The villa has a swimming pool and spa (electric heating optional), and a full range of luxurious outdoor furniture and sun loungers to enjoy all day sunshine from the large, southerly aspect, caged lanai, which overlooks a delightful lake with a fountain.
It is situated in a quiet, gated, residential community, which has two further pools, tennis courts and children's play area. It is a short drive away from the Gulf of Mexico beaches and Olde Naples, with its wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants. Local stores and supermarkets are minutes away.

There is a set of gents and a set of ladies golf clubs for guests complimentary use, tennis racquets and fishing equipment for those lazier days.

We had a wonderful time here in Naples and loved your beautiful house. Weather was excellent during our stay and we felt so relaxed in your luxurious and comfortable home - we have been visiting Florida for 20 years since 1987, this was most definitely the best Villa we have stayed in.
