Spacious and beautiful Payday Condominium. This is a light and airy condo with lots of windows in a great location. This unit has been remodeled and has brand new couches.
Payday condominiums are across the street from the Silver Star Ski Lift which is a part of Park City Mountain Resort. The condominium is located in a very quiet and tranquil area. The back door of the condominium leads out to Park City golf course where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter.
There are three cable televisions in the unit with DVD players, a natural gas fireplace that turns on with the touch of a button, wireless internet, and private hot tub! There is also a breakfast bar in addition to a dining room table.
There is a new tankless water heater in the unit making for endless hot water. A very nice feature when everyone wants to take a shower when returning from skiing.
The condominium has three floors. There are three bedrooms plus a sleeping loft area. There are two master bedrooms each with their own private bath. There are three total bathrooms. There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. The unit sleeps nine people comfortably in beds.
The first floor has a Master bedroom with one queen bed and a bathroom. In addition, the first floor has another bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.
The second floor has a loft with two twin beds (the beds can be pushed togethe to form a king size bed) and an additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. There is another balcony off the master bedroom.
The third floor has a bedroom with three twin beds (one bunk bed and one seperate twin).
In conclusion, in the condominium there is one king-size, one queen-size, and five twin-size beds. There is also one queen size inflatable mattress. All bedrooms are equiped with radios that can play and charge IPODs.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The condo is on the ground floor and there are no long sets of stairs to walk up. The entire ground floor of the condo doesnt border any other units for maximum quiet and privacy.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. The mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.
Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December 15th through April 15th). Small dogs allowed under 25 pounds with prior approval.

The pictures and description of this Park City condo don't do it justice. Just the location alone would have been worth it, but the condo itself is so great. It has every creature comfort you would want in your home away from home. It is wonderfully and comfortably decorated, the layout is SO accommodating and the setting is beautiful - nesttled in trees with the expanse of the golf course right off the back porch. We walked for hours around this gorgeous and perfectly located neighborhood. The owner was an absolute delight to deal with and assisted us with all of our requests in a friendly and very expedient manner. Summer or winter, this is the place to stay! Thanks to you, Thad, our trip was perfection.

Had a great time. Close to the ski lift. We stayed at nearby Three Kings last time. This unit was much larger with the same amount of bedrooms (large rooms/closets). Very comfortable place!

The condo is very nice for families. It is very easy to get in and out. Parking is very close. There are many windows throughout and it is a great place to hang out and read. We had a great time and will definately stay again.

This was a great condo to stay in--very roomy and well equipped. It's exactly as it's described in the listing. Everything worked, and the owner was very easy to deal with.

This is a wonderful location and very nice condominium. If you walk across the street you can take the elevator (I think it's called the Silver Star Lodge) to the top floor and board the ski lift. There is also a nice little deli a few feet from the lift with good food and drink with a view of the golf course.

This is a GREAT rental. Everything is as pictured and described. The setting is beautiful on the golf course. It is is convenient to everything. We stayed in the summer and had a great time golfing, hiking, biking, going to Park Silly Market, etc. One of the best things about the location is the proximity to the bus line which is very convenient and user friendly. I highly recommend this condo.

Really great house -- very clean and roomy. The hot tub is a great time as well! The owner of this condo does a great job in responding to questions, and making sure your stay is comfortable and easy!
