Spacious and beautiful Payday Condominium. This unit was remodeled in 2004. Payday condominiums are across the street from the Silver Star Ski Lift which is a part of Park City Mountain Resort. The condominium is located in a very quiet and tranquil area. The back door of the condominium leads out to Park City golf course where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter.
There is a built-in TV with a stereo and DVD player, a TV in the downstairs bedroom, gas fireplace, and private hot tub!
The condominium has three floors. There are three bedrooms plus a loft area with two twin beds. There are two master bedrooms each with their own private bath. There are three total bathrooms. There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. The unit sleeps eight comfortably.
The first floor has the Master bedroom with one queen bed and a bathroom. In addition, the first floor has another bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.
The second floor has a loft with two twin beds, an additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. Balcony off the master bedroom.
The third floor has a bedroom with two twin beds.
In conclusion, in the condominium there is one king-size, one queen-size, and four twin-size beds. The twin size beds can be pushed together to make a king if preferred.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. The mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.
Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings and is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December first through April 15th). |
