Spacious and beautiful Payday Condominium. This unit was remodeled recently and has brand new couches. Payday condominiums are across the street from the Silver Star Ski Lift which is a part of Park City Mountain Resort. The condominium is located in a very quiet and tranquil area. The back door of the condominium leads out to Park City golf course where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter.

There is a built-in TV with a stereo and DVD player, a TV in the downstairs bedroom, gas fireplace, and private hot tub!

The condominium has three floors. There are three bedrooms plus a loft area with a queen size bed. There are two master bedrooms each with their own private bath. There are three total bathrooms. There is a large mud-room at the front door to store skis, boots, and other equipment. The unit sleeps ten comfortably.

The first floor has a Master bedroom with one queen bed and a bathroom. In addition, the first floor has another bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room, two decks outside, one with a private hot tub.

The second floor has a loft with a queen bed and an additional master bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. There is another balcony off the master bedroom.

The third floor has a bedroom with three twin beds.

In conclusion, in the condominium there is one king-size, two queen-size, and three twin-size beds. The twin size beds can be pushed together to make a king if preferred.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, utensils, plates, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

There are all kinds of great winter and summer activities to enjoy at this condominium. The condominium is ideally located across the street from the ski lift. The mountain is across the street which also makes for easy access to hiking in the summer.

Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. A 25% deposit is required with all bookings. Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December 15th through April 15th). Small dogs allowed under 15 pounds with $75 non-refundable fee.

  • This is a wonderful location and very nice condominium. If you walk across the street you can take the elevator (I think it's called the Silver Star Lodge) to the top floor and board the ski lift. There is also a nice little deli a few feet from the lift with good food and drink with a view of the golf course.

  • This is a GREAT rental. Everything is as pictured and described. The setting is beautiful on the golf course. It is is convenient to everything. We stayed in the summer and had a great time golfing, hiking, biking, going to Park Silly Market, etc. One of the best things about the location is the proximity to the bus line which is very convenient and user friendly. I highly recommend this condo.

  • Really great house -- very clean and roomy. The hot tub is a great time as well! The owner of this condo does a great job in responding to questions, and making sure your stay is comfortable and easy!
