Add to that the community recreation/exercise facility and there will be plenty to keep them busy rain or shine. Meanwhile, you can escape to the Currituck Club golf course (receive member-guest discounts!), de-stress in the hot tub or curl up on the wicker loveseat with a good book on the screened porch. Or, you can slip out to the spa down the street! A shuttle will take you, your blanket, cooler... across the street to the beach (READ: no sand in your car!),or, to one of the neighborhood's own restaurants for seafood, steaks or even tapas.
All rooms in the house except the bunk room have ceiling fans. Speakers are located above the outdoor hot tub and the front screened porch for your audio pleasure. The tower room has a small porch looking out to the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. The tower room also has a king day bed and a computer with WiFi. The upstairs master accesses the screened porch, and the downstairs junior master opens to the downstairs deck. Five bikes, one trike, high chair, port-a-crib, and outdoor shower, as well as TVs in every bedroom are provided for your convenience. This home is priced to accommodate families and couples, providing affordable luxury in scenic surroundings. Dining area is equipped to seat 10 at the table and four at the counter.
