This is a great property located in the middle of a two mile beach that is pristine and never crowded. From the living room, you can watch the mega yachts gather as they arrive to enter Simpson Bay Harbor. With two-balconies facing the ocean and the third facing the bay beyond the airport you are able to always have a great view.
This charming atmosphere includes an over-sized pool surrounded by Bavarian tile with walkways leading to your door and to the beach. All of this is surrounded by lovely gardens enhancing all the special details for your complete enjoyment. Lounge chairs surround the pool area to add to your comfort and enjoyment.
This is a two story condo, with cathedral type ceiling. This open format adds to the Caribbean charm. First level displays a completely furnished living room with triple sliding doors that leads to a roofed balcony overlooking the pool and beach area. The stunning kitchen is furnished with Brazilian hardwood cabinets and all stainless steel appliances. A breakfast bar is available if one chooses not to dine on the balcony area. 1/2 bath is located off the living room area which stores washer and dryer. The downstairs bedroom is decorated with colorful decor and is furnished with queen size bed and dressers. A private bathroom is located off this room. An open stairway with walkover leads to the second story bedroom and balconies. This bedroom is fully furnished with Caribbean style King Size bed and amenities. Full bath is also located off of this bedroom. Comfortable patio furniture is available for your use on each balcony area. Ceiling fans, and central airconditioning is available to help maintain your comfort.

This is our second visit to St Martin. We love this condo and location! Being avid plane fanatics we enjoyed watching the daily flights. We visited Orient Beach,Dawn Beach, mullet Beach and Friars Bay. The beach right here at the condo is our FAVORITE as it's never crowded and quite calm in comparison to others on the island! We spent most of our days on the various beaches around the island and found that we liked Orient Beach and the beach right here in front of Palm Beach condo's the BEST! I like being so close to the runway and watching the big and smaller jets land and take off. Your condo is really Great, loved the layout and found it very clean.Did you find this review helpful? My family had a good time. I've never been in a condo room that has an upstairs room! It's real pretty and there are lots of mountains. The beach doesn't have a lot of people and lots of great food at the resturants. St. Martin has lots of stuff to do. It's very fun. My Dad really wants to come back.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: My wife and I live in a small hill town in Montgomery Ma. The summers are great but the winters are really getting old. There is nothing like being in the warm blue water of the Caribbean when it is so cold at home.
Why the Owner Chose Simpson Bay:
St. Martin is the 'Friendly Island'. Our complex is small, just 24 units. The other owners immediately made us feel welcome, as if at our second home. The condo units are equipped with all essentials and designed to enjoy the beauty of Simpson Bay and the crystal blue water of the Caribbean. Any of our friends that have been to the island with us all agree our beach is the best on the island because it is never busy.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Being a small complex you never have to get up early to reserve a spot by the pool, we are a very quite and peaceful complex. The view is the best and during the winter months the mega ships drop anchor in front of us to do customs paper work. Our reliable propery manager is always looking out for any of you needs and will take good care of you. A cell phone is there for your use while on the island.
