First floor convenient location and still two floors above ground level of this fabulous bayfront building on Riviera Drive in the prestigious Crown Point area of Pacific Beach. This condominium is absolutely fabulous in every way!

The CORNER unit of this building offers much more privacy then the interior units which ultimately enhances your experience of vacationing in this amazing bay front condo. Unforgettable sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony, living area, and even the kitchen! You are not going to want to leave!

The open design of this living space offers a family area with a large comfy sofa and romantic decor finished with a fireplace and plasma television!

This condominium is spacious and has an open kitchen area with state of the art appliances. It is fully stocked for your meal preparation! There is also a wet bar in the hall area.

The bathroom offers an over-sized tub with entry from the hall area and a second entry from the lovely master bedroom.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated. It offers a scrumptious queen-size bed and an additional cable television!

The front balcony offers a table for seating and relaxing as you take in the amazing scenery.

This condominium offers secure underground parking and gated entry. The parking is for sufficient for one car. As simple as it gets the beach access is just outside the condominium and down the stairs.

This part of the bay is known for its serenity, breathtaking sunsets, and the 14-mile boardwalk that circles the bay is perfect for exercise enthusiasts! Or... just walk outside put your feet in the sand towel on the ground and work on a fabulous tan!

We offer a non-Saturday-to-Saturday arrival for this home in the summer months and we also offer a four-night minimum! This building is not suitable for small children and is set up for couples. We will allow up to four guests but please phone us prior to making a reservation so we can discuss it!
