Villa - Glenbrook Resort in Clermont A tastefully decorated villa with south-facing pool and a covered patio area encompassing four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two living areas. Enter the villa into the formal living/dining area, this area has two sofas, one of which pulls out into a large bed. There is also a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen has everything you could wish for large refrigerator/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. All crockery and cutlery provided as well as plenty of pans, etc. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three and a table with seating for four. A high chair is also provided. There is a large washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. The family room has two sofas and a large TV, DVD player, and a PlayStation 2. There is a selection of DVDs and PlayStation 2 games. There are plenty of books, games, and CDs for you to use. There is access to the patio and pool from this room. The first master bedroom which overlooks the pool has a king-size bed, dresser, night stands, and a chest of drawers. There is a TV and clock/radio. The en suite bathroom has a large bath, walk-in shower, and twin basins. There is a separate toilet. There is a large walk-in closet which is where the safe is located. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobe, night stand, and chest of drawers. There is a TV. The en suite bathroom has large bath with a shower, toilet, and basin. There are two twin-bedded rooms each with night stand, drawers, built-in wardrobe, and TVs. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. There is access to the pool from this bathroom. The screened pool which can be heated is 24-foot by 12-foot; there are sun loungers, chairs, and a table. There is a child safety fence and a covered patio area. In general - we provide all bed linen and towels, pool towels, a high chair, and a travel cot/crib. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. Pool and patio area with patio furniture and pool towels provided. Cable TV in all bedrooms and family room. PlayStation 2 with games, DVD with a selection of DVDs. A selection of books, games, and CDs. A fully-equipped kitchen with everything provided. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Free use of high chair and travel cot/crib, extra ones can be rented.
