  We stayed in the apartment about 17 days. Very nice apartment, quiet, intiem and with all the necessary accessories for a nice stay: internet, tv satellite, big terrace, etc. The apartment is good located, close by the see and only 65 km from Athens. We recommend this apartment as a very good option in the region.

  The appartment was in a pleasant little town near the sea with all sort of shops around. It was easy to park the car, everything was clean and well-maintained. The owner, Evangelina, was very friendly. She cooked for our arrival a good meal for five and the fridge had any provisions for the first days of our stay. We surely recommand this very nice flat and his accommodations. Nice journeys to Ancient Corinth, the Canal, Mycenes, Epidaure. Thank you very much to Evangelina for this high quality flat.

  As a family of five, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We got a very warm, friendly welcome on arrival and were shown around the apartment. Evangelia could not have been more helpful or attentive. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, is exceptionally well maintained and is immaculate. Every detail was thought of to make the stay comfortable surpassing our expectations. It had everything we needed, and more. The apartment is on the first floor with a roomy balcony spanning two sides with a canopy that can be easily adjusted. Comfortable lounge furniture made it a pleasure to sit in the sun catching the breeze. Our teenage boys appreciated the large TV and PS2. The apartment is central, easy walking distance to the shops, beach, cafes and restaurants. We've been a number of times to Loutraki and favourites include: Ami, an Italian restaurant; Woodies, for souvlaki take away/delivery; Maistrali, for local Greek food and fresh seafood; El Nino for coffee; Waves and The Hall for beach bars/ sunbeds on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

  First of all, our host was a very friendly person who went out of her way to assist us during our stay. She gave us information about train schedules and even picked us up from the train station, made us a welcome dinner when we arrived and had provided us with all sorts of information about the area. Not to mention some groceries already in the fridge, coffee, pasta etc. so we didn't have to rush to the nearest store right away to get something to eat and drink. The apartment was brand new and very comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. And the Internet seemed fast! The kitchen had almost everything but there was no dish-washer. Luckily we survived hand-washing our plates :).The lounge area had a big TV with lots of channels, and also a gaming console, to mention a few. The bedrooms were comfy and with good beds and windows that could be shut so as to make the rooms almost completely dark. The spacious balcony made it nice to have a coffee or lunch in fresh air and admire the mountain up north. The neighborhood was quiet enough and there was a park a few hundred meters east and of course the center of Loutraki and the beach a few hundred meters to the west. There were small grocery shops nearby and a good-sized supermarket at the main road between the house and the beach. The house itself didn't have anything special in its surroundings, except for a small barbecue place, some parking space and small patches of lawn but it didn't bother us since our direction was always towards the beach - which I might add was rather narrow but conveniently close to the cafes/bars/restaurants at the boulevard, and had no sand but pebbles. The pebbles were of great interest to our 3-year-old, and unlike sand did not stick onto our feet. Together with the help and friendliness of our host, staying at the apartment was a five-star experience. Only mild minuses we could think of were the dish washer and the small public area of the house but considering the very affordable price these really didn't matter. Also, we seemed to have chosen our period of stay rather well (mid-September) because there seemed to be few tourists around and the weather was just perfect (26-28 C). I truly recommend this apartment!

  Sadly, the itinerary of a trip my wife and I have just had to Greece prevented us from staying more than two nights at Loutraki in this accommodation. While a little tricky to find the apartment it was splendid.Immaculately clean with all that you could wish for supplied including a welcoming meal and a fridge full of just the sort of things you could hope for. Parking at the apartment building was available and the air con (in all rooms) and wifi were trouble free. Evangelia our host was friendly and helpful. We will return for a longer stay!

Unfortunately i did not mention that Matsi street cut in the middle of the main road and then continue to apartment. You are very kind and nice family and i will love to host you again!

  What a fabulous holiday we just had in Loutraki, Greece. The resort was relaxed and family friendly (very friendly). The apartment is exactly as described online (if not better). New build and spotless. Everything very modern and user friendly. The thing that made this holiday so special was the service we received from the landlord/lady. Extremely friendly and helpful couple. They bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We went with 2 children under 5 and 2 grandparents so there were 4 adults and 2 children. All our needs were catered for (cot in master bedroom, very comfortable double bed, very comfortable sofa bed in 2nd bedroom and living room). The fridge and cupboards were stocked and there was even a welcome meal (delicious lamb pasta dish) on our arrival. Weather 40 degrees so we spent a lot of time in airconditioned apartment and on large balcony/terrace which has comfortable furniture. Apartment is 5 minute walk from amenitities incl beach and cafe/bars. Large supermarket also 5 minute walk with anything we needed (brought nappies and kid snacks from UK but supermarket had all anyway). We used taxis to get around local area (canal and waterpark 15 min drive) cost 5-8 Euro each way. Would have been happy to drive hire car on motorways but Loutraki town high street very busy with double parked cars so bit daunting for cautious driver. We did not feel the need to hire a car as everything we wanted was in resort (beach, cafe, bars, shops, small funfair x2, beautiful seaside walk). We went for a relaxing family beach holiday and that is exactly what we got. We had a couple of unexpected mishaps during our stay and the landlord/lady sorted everything out for us without ANY hassle. I would certainly recommend this holiday apartment and resort and we will be returning for sure. Fantastic value for money too!! Thank you for such a great service!!!

  3 semaines à LOUTRAKi (1h Athènes - entrée Pélopponèse), ses thermes, ses plages et son emplacement central. Un endroit rêvé pour découvrir la Grèce Continentale et même quelques iles proches (Hydra-Zante...). Ses plages, ses Tavernes et ses Habitants; nous en avons profité 3 semaines. Excellent souvenir. D'autant plus que notre logement était Trés propre, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin par les jeunes proprietaires. Tout y était, en parfait état; tel que décrit sur l'annonce initiale. c'était peut être même encore mieux... Les placards étaient pleins (nouriturre, fruits frais, plat de bienvenue...) Enfin, l'accueil trés chaleureux; Merci à Evangélia & Andreas pour leur gentillesse et leur sollicitude. De l'accueil au départ en passant par leurs conseils et leur aide pour réservation des bateaux. Ils ont été trés attentionnés pendant tout notre séjour. Famille COLIAMBETROS (France)

  This apartment was exceptional in every way. Not only is it new and clean, but the owners have provided for every possible convenience for an enjoyable vacation - including a very comfortable bed and a fabulous shower!. The listing is absolutely accurate in its description. But the homeowners take it one step further by providing a meal on arrival and a variety of food and beverage items for their guests, plus help with any questions you might have whether it is tours, transportation, a map of loutraki or the hours and prices at the wonderful thermal spa. They even provided me with a cell phone to use for a week and obtained information on a calling plan that I could purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the hosts, Evangelia and Andre were wonderful. I loved the location as it was not right on the beach but was an easy walk to anywhere I wanted to go. I took advantage of the casino and the spa and made a trip to ancient corinth all of which were terrific. The weekly farmers market was a real treat. Bathing in the sea, walking on the boardwalk, watching the waves roll in and dining at the wonderful restaurants made my stay in Loutraki perfect. I highly recommend this property.   Loutraki is a very beautiful relaxing place, suitable for a family!!! The home is big enough for 6 persons. What I liked most was the big balcony where we could seat and enjoy the sun and the restfulness of a quiet neighbourhood. The home was very cosy and clean. All the appliances was in very good condition, because all the furnishing and the equipment were new and the decoration was very professional. The hostess was very kind, helpfull and she recommended us some places to visit. The beach was just a five-minute walk and the view from the sea was quiet astonishing. There were some pretty nice places and restaurants in Loutraki such as El ninio cafe, Panorama, Vouliagmeni Lake, Ancient Corinthos (breathtaking view), Isthmos canal. As far as payment is concerned, the homeowner was accurate on what she said. I got back the damage deposit one day after the check out (bad past experience, other homeowner delayed the damage deposit very long) I certainly recommend this appartment for vacation in Greece and I will definitely return!!!
