Owners are making their beautifully decorated 7th floor end unit, with three sides glass, available for weekly summer rentals. At 1700 square feet, this is one of the largest three bedroom condos on the Grand Strand. Renovations include a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and bathroom floors,and wallpaper. Our non-smoking, no pets, "home away from home", is in a prestigious residential area of Myrtle Beach, half a block from the ocean. Enjoy terrific sunrises, sunsets, and gorgeous oceanviews from the 8x22 foot balcony, which is accessed from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The short walk will take you to the wide, sandy beach where rental chairs and umbrellas are available. Life guards are on duty during the day. If sand isn't your thing, enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Located in Sea Mark Tower, we're within ten minutes of three golf courses (over 100 in the Myrtle Beach area), and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. *** We only rent to non-smokers, families and single persons over 25 years old. ***
The bedrooms are attractively furnished. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new flat screen TV, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a new flat screen HDTV in the living room. If you wish to bring your computer, Wi-fi is provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, dishes, pots and pans, glassware and silverware. All you need to provide is the food, if you are inclined to cook. Bed and bath linens, as well as departure cleaning service, are included in the rate.
This condo is centrally located in Myrtle Beach and just minutes from The Pavilion, Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede, and several other attractions.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Mark Tower
We were originally interested in purchasing a condo in North Myrtle Beach, one that was some distance from the ocean. Our realtor convinced us to see this unit in Sea Mark Tower. Since it is an end unit, with three sides of glass, the views of the ocean, the marsh, and sunsets were enough to sway us to make an offer on it. The fact that over a third of the condos are owned by permanent residents was a major plus. Additionally, we liked the residential nature of the area. Traffic and noise seemed to be far less than what we had observed at other properties.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The neighbors in the building really care about the property, and it shows in the overall appearance. Our unit is larger than many others in the building, enabling us to have our children and grandchildren visit us with plenty of room for all of us. Our guests tell us we furnish everything they could need for a great vacation. The new deck and picnic table on the marsh side provide a terrific location for small parties.
Food Lion, Steinmart, Pizza Hut, Bay Naturals & Liberty Tap Room are among the businesses located in this shopping center. While our condo is in a residential setting, grocery stores etc are just a short drive or walk away.

We are a semi-retired couple who formerly owned an insurance agency. Currently we do a great deal of volunteer work, and each of us serves on a variety of non profit boards. We are both members of a Rotary club, filling different leadership roles there. Since we travel extensively, we know what it is like to walk into a rental space and feel "at home" (or comfortable) immediately. That's what we have worked hard to achieve in this condo.
We have three young grandchildren, and four grown grandchildren. They all love the beach.

We had a wonderful month at this condo. It is well maintained, spacious, bright, great view of the ocean not to mention the sunsets . The photos reflect an accurate description of the condo. Location is everything to us when choosing a condo and this one is about 5 minutes from the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, outlet shops, and golf courses are also in close proximity. As this was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, Jim and Vicki were most accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of pots, pans and baking pans also the bedrooms and baths had lots of sheets and towels. Not far away are places like Murrells Inlet which have numerous restaurants, nice lunch at the Dead Dog Saloon. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, Ruths Chris Steak House, P. F. Changs and Greg Norman's Australian Grille. We would definitely book this condo again for a nice relaxing stay.

I have stayed in this beautiful and comfortable condo more than three times and it's like a second home to my family. The location, the comfort, the beauty, the accessibility, the size, and other amenities all make it a wonderful vacation for us. It has everything we need.

We really enjoyed this facility as it met our needs for easy access to multiple golf courses, and an easy walk to the beach. The condo security was excellent in securing an extra parking permit for our out-of-state travelers. We also enjoyed the cleaniness and spacious rooms this condo had to offer. We will definintely call the owner for our next trip to Myrtle Beach! Be sure to try the "Mr. Fish Seafood Market" on Kings Hwy and 32nd Ave. (approx.)

We are from Canada and we have rent this condo for two weeks. It was our best vacation ever and this condo contributed a lot to our comfort; everything we needed was there: the kitchen-- fully equipped, the bedrooms- large and clean,TV in each room and salon,the condo being close to the beach and to all the attractions; We were 7 people and we all felt amazing;we definitely will come back for the next years Great ocean view, quiet and comfortable,I highly recommend this condo.

Myrtle Beach condo with all that you need. The condo was perfect for two families with children(or more). Great views of ocean from main bedroom. Very quiet condo complex. Short walk to beach. Pool area was not overly crowded as compared to Caravelle Resort pool. Great location to nearby attractions. We had great weather all week. Would definately recommend this condo.

I've been told ours is one of the largest three bedrooms condos in the Myrtle Beach area, and having three sides of floor to ceiling windows enhances the feeling of spaciousness. Your kitchen was the best equipped as far as all cooking utensils, small appliances, dishes, glasses, serving bowls, plastters and utensils etc than any unit we have rented for the past 24 years. It was a pleasure, my daughter loves to cook!! Washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. were great. We had two great weeks in your condo.

We stayed at the Sea Mark tower the week of 6/11-18/2011for our grandson's participation in the Cal Ripken baseball tournament. It was glorious. The condo is large enogh to accomodate two families. Very Clean and items left are their for the using if you want. Kitchen has all that you will ever need. We were very comfortable and felt right at home . The owners checked on us several times and answered any questions we may have had. The pool and hot tub area are very well taken care of. Our whole experience excellant. I would recommend renting this property to anyone looking for space, cleanliness and the nicest owners you can imagine.

We were extremely pleased with this condo unit. Upon our arrival, comprehensive information from the owners in hand, we found it to be everything promised and more. Spotless, wonderfully well equipped, with fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding nature area, we would sincerely recommend this property to anyone planning a Myrtle Beach holiday. A short half block from the beach, the building itself and lovely pool are very well maintained. The neighbourhood feels safe and secure. Excellent restaurants, some within walking distance, offer every variety of food. We will definitely be back.

Vicki and Jim's condo was everything we expected and more. The building itself is well maintained and kept very clean inside and out. It is perfectly located within 1/2 block to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The views from the balcony were outstanding. The condo itself is beautiful and in top notch condition; bright, spacious and perfect for entertaining. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and still felt the same way when we left two months later. Vicki and Jim were extremely accommodating and helpful in every way. We certainly would highly recommend their condo to all our friends and famly. We hope to repeat this experience in the same unit sometime in the near future.
