Amazing Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful month at this condo. It is well maintained, spacious, bright, great view of the ocean not to mention the sunsets . The photos reflect an accurate description of the condo. Location is everything to us when choosing a condo and this one is about 5 minutes from the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, outlet shops, and golf courses are also in close proximity. As this was our first trip to Myrtle Beach, Jim and Vicki were most accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of pots, pans and baking pans also the bedrooms and baths had lots of sheets and towels. Not far away are places like Murrells Inlet which have numerous restaurants, nice lunch at the Dead Dog Saloon. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, Ruths Chris Steak House, P. F. Changs and Greg Norman's Australian Grille. We would definitely book this condo again for a nice relaxing stay.

Owner response:This response is a great addition to our website. I never thought to say how long it takes to walk from our door to the beach, and five minutes or less is probably fairly accurate! And all four of this restaurants are good recommendations.

I have stayed in this beautiful and comfortable condo more than three times and it's like a second home to my family. The location, the comfort, the beauty, the accessibility, the size, and other amenities all make it a wonderful vacation for us. It has everything we need.

Golf Trip Retreat

We really enjoyed this facility as it met our needs for easy access to multiple golf courses, and an easy walk to the beach. The condo security was excellent in securing an extra parking permit for our out-of-state travelers. We also enjoyed the cleaniness and spacious rooms this condo had to offer. We will definintely call the owner for our next trip to Myrtle Beach! Be sure to try the "Mr. Fish Seafood Market" on Kings Hwy and 32nd Ave. (approx.)

Great condo for a great vacation

We are from Canada and we have rent this condo for two weeks. It was our best vacation ever and this condo contributed a lot to our comfort; everything we needed was there: the kitchen-- fully equipped, the bedrooms- large and clean,TV in each room and salon,the condo being close to the beach and to all the attractions; We were 7 people and we all felt amazing;we definitely will come back for the next years Great ocean view, quiet and comfortable,I highly recommend this condo.

Your kitchen was the best equipped as far as all cooking utensils, small appliances, dishes, glasses, serving bowls, plastters and utensils etc than any unit we have rented for the past 24 years. It was a pleasure, my daughter loves to cook!! Washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. were great. We had two great weeks in your condo.

Myrtle Beach condo with all that you need. The condo was perfect for two families with children(or more). Great views of ocean from main bedroom. Very quiet condo complex. Short walk to beach. Pool area was not overly crowded as compared to Caravelle Resort pool. Great location to nearby attractions. We had great weather all week. Would definately recommend this condo.

Owner response:I appreciate that this guest pointed out how close we are to the beach, for it is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive. I've been told ours is one of the largest three bedrooms condos in the Myrtle Beach area, and having three sides of floor to ceiling windows enhances the feeling of spaciousness. While we can never guarantee what the weather will be, we are happy it was great for them.

Large Condo with a Fantastic Ocean View on the Grand Strand

We stayed at the Sea Mark tower the week of 6/11-18/2011for our grandson's participation in the Cal Ripken baseball tournament. It was glorious. The condo is large enogh to accomodate two families. Very Clean and items left are their for the using if you want. Kitchen has all that you will ever need. We were very comfortable and felt right at home . The owners checked on us several times and answered any questions we may have had. The pool and hot tub area are very well taken care of. Our whole experience excellant. I would recommend renting this property to anyone looking for space, cleanliness and the nicest owners you can imagine.

We were extremely pleased with this condo unit. Upon our arrival, comprehensive information from the owners in hand, we found it to be everything promised and more. Spotless, wonderfully well equipped, with fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding nature area, we would sincerely recommend this property to anyone planning a Myrtle Beach holiday. A short half block from the beach, the building itself and lovely pool are very well maintained. The neighbourhood feels safe and secure. Excellent restaurants, some within walking distance, offer every variety of food. We will definitely be back.

Myrtle Beach Newbies

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and the "home away from home" was an excellent choice for the place to stay. The comfortable accomodations supplied by Vickie and Jim for the week were well furnished and stocked. The view from the balconey allowed us to view the beach prior to making the short walk to enjoy the sun and the surf. The pool also allowed you to enjoy the sun and peaceful surroundings even closer to "home". The condo is close to all of the conveniences of several grocery stores, restaurants, and souvenir shops. We ate at several of the close eateries like the Flamingo Grill and Carrabba's. If we decide to return to Myrtle Beach in the future, we will certainly look to this place first. Wonderful Place

We were very impressed with the attention we received from the owners. They were extremely helpful in making sure we enjoyed our stay. We received a call shortly after we arrived at the unit to see if we found the extra house key and the parking cards for our car dashboard. We arrived late in the evening on the day before our contract began, and the owners arranged to have the unit cleaned so we would not have to spend the night in a hotel. At the end of our stay, the owners called again to make sure we knew the checkout procedure. The views from the unit were magnificent: beach and ocean in one direction, and trees in the other direction. The children in our group spent a lot of time at the pool which was immaculately maintained. The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked with dishes and cooking utensels. We will definitely try to stay there again when we visit Myrtle Beach in the future.

This condo is beautiful, very spacious, and has all the amenities that a family would need in a vacation home. Just a short walk from the beach and all the shops makes everything very convenient. Vicki and Jim are very accomodating and will take care of you. We felt very much at home and did not want to leave. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

My family enjoyed the amenities of the building: pool & jacuzzi were clean. Owners were very easy to deal with & would do so again. All the photo's on the webpage were current & accurate.There is plenty of room for a family, we were 3 adults & 3 kids, (12 , 12 & 11yrs) Beds were all comfortable, we felt like we were @ home. All I was missing was my recliner. Location of the property is central, so no long drives to go anywhere, plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes. The beach was a 2 minute walk, 1 block away. Everyone enjoyed going to Broadway at the Beach.

Vicki and Jim's condo was everything we expected and more. The building itself is well maintained and kept very clean inside and out. It is perfectly located within 1/2 block to the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. The views from the balcony were outstanding. The condo itself is beautiful and in top notch condition; bright, spacious and perfect for entertaining. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and still felt the same way when we left two months later. Vicki and Jim were extremely accommodating and helpful in every way. We certainly would highly recommend their condo to all our friends and famly. We hope to repeat this experience in the same unit sometime in the near future.

8/1/2009 - We had a wonderful time! The view from the condo was splendid, and the mini golf was a lot of fun. We also had a lot of fun in the ocean, the waves gave us a good workout. One week flew by.

We absolutely loved our week in this condo. This unit is beautiful, very spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is so well-equipped that everything you could possibly need is there. The linens are excellent, and the beds are all very comfortable. The views are spectacular, so if you come, bring some good binoculars! And the owners are lovely people. Now, if Myrtle Beach is our destination, we will not consider staying anywhere else!
