Come stay with us at the Holliday Beach House "Where Everyday is A Holiday". This quaint Beach Front location within walking distance to the pier and downtown Times Square has been a favorite location for many of our quests who have return each year to enjoy this relaxing private setting. Approximately one-mile to the pier and Times Square and just a few feet from the Town's recreational center, pool, and nature walk; makes this location one of the best on the beach.
Each unit comes with a fully furnished kitchen, separate bedroom, Full bathroom, and living room with a flat panel TV and internet access. All linens and utensils are provided, with a on-site laundry facility. Just relax under the Tiki hut and watch the Dolphins play or enjoy the warm breezes and beautiful sunsets. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Seasonal Rates: Winter Dec 15- March 31 $850-$950 per week
Spring Rates: April 1 - May 31 $750-$850 per week
Summer Rates: June 1 -November 15 .. $495-$595 per week
Fall Rates: November 15 - December 15 $650-$750 per week
There is a $75.00 cleaning fee and 11 percent state and local tax
