San Francisco village is a Mexican fishing village of very friendly people. Several nice restaurants there. Even more services, just 4 kms south in beautiful Sayulita. And a short ride to Puerto Vallarta offers fine dining, shopping, cinema, theater, clubs -- all the charms of big-city life.

- Refrigerator: Smaller suites may have a 3/4 fridge; larger suites may have full fridge.
- Microwave: Microwave ovens are available in the larger suites only.

- Gas/Electric BBQ Grill: There is a large gas grill available in the Grand Palapa.

- Gazebo: We call ours the Grand Palapa. This palm-roofed rotunda sits on the very point of the headland jutting out into the Pacific Ocean.

- Beachfront: Two remote sandy beaches to the North and South of the suites. Very very private indeed.
- Oceanfront: The rocky headland on which Bungalows Lydia is built is home to the roaring surf.
- Mountain View: The foothills of the Sierra Madre mountain range begin in the jungle just behind Bungalows Lydia.

- Broadband Internet: Our speeds are pretty darn good for Mexico.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): WiFi is available throughout the grounds. The wireless modem is located in the main office. Modem comes on about 10 am each day.

- Coffee pot. Also available at modest rates are private guided tours, taxi service, & airport pick-up & delivery. Mexican home-styled cooking is available if arranged in advance.

- No Pets Allowed: The jungle is pretty thick with animal life here. Your pets are better left at home. Thanks.
- Kid Friendly: The Master Suite has kid-friendly walls. The swimming pool has two shallow areas.

Decades ago, our father had a dream. He wanted his family to have an exquisite property where they could always come to recharge the soul. To keep his dream alive, we built Bungalows Lydia from the ground up on the the property our father acquired. Now our guests, too, can share in our father's dream!
The Unique Benefits at this Courtyard and Suites
Bungalows Lydia is far and away the most natural setting that you can find for your beach vacation. Nowhere else can you find two hidden sandy beaches among a grove of water-coconut palm trees. Bungalows Lydia sits high above the surf and catches every tropical breeze, every gorgeous sunset. The sound of the surf all around and the still of verdant jungle are mesmerizing. There's more to say about our unique benefits, but relaxing in paradise is certainly the place to start.
