Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Location, Location, Location! My friend is a home builder here in Las Vegas and told me that he was going to build houses right off the "Strip" and build them in a gated community. I bought the property as a "long-term" investment and let friends and family stay there when they were visiting. As more people heard about the house they started asking if they could rent it.

This was my first time using VRBO to find a vacation rental. I found that the description of the rental was very accurate. It was located near the World Premiere outlet, the Strip, the airport and many eateries. The owner of the rental was very punctual when we checked in and when we checked out. He was also very polite and cordial in answering any of our concerns. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a rental in Las Vegas.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Pros: Great location, 5 min to airport, 2 min to outlet malls, 10 min to southern strip, right by the highway to get anywhere in the area; support for extra cot for two children in one room. Comfortable beds. The owner helped us obtain some personal items we accidentally left at the house after the rental period ended. Security deposit was returned quickly. Cons: WiFi did not work. Contact person was responsive but a bit rude -- although the rental features page lists a DVD player and we confirmed that ahead of time, it was not present in the house when we arrived. When we called to inquire, we were told, "You didn't request that." So be sure to request every feature listed. Other opportunities for improvement: Something for in-house play activity such as foosball or air hockey in the loft area or a Wii; an actual garbage container in the garage.
Recommended for:Sightseeing.

Excellent Place! We had tickets to the Lion King and this location worked out perfect for us because it was so close. Neat, clean, quiet and plenty of space. Will consider staying here again, very easy to find! Thank you!
