WHY WE ARE YOUR BEST FOR BOTH AN ENJOYABLE & AFFORDABLE VACATION
Disney can be very expensive for a family. Staying in our house helps you reduce the acomodation cost and the tips on our web site can help you reduce the other areas. At a hotel, you are cramped into a small suite or even smaller rooms, no fridge or cooking facilities, nothing to keep the kids happy, no privacy!! Our 18 month old 2,322 sq ft, six-bedroom villa at Orange Tree, has just been launched on the rental market and is a better family option.
There are many many rental houses on the market, but we offer a better proposition for three reasons - location, price and the house itself!
1. LOCATION
In a rental house, the three 'location problem areas' your vacation could encounter are road noise, lack of privacy and traffic jams. We suffer from none despite being close enough to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our pool. Animal Kingdom is 10 minutes, the Magic Kingdom 15 minutes from our house by $1 toll road. Some of the differentiators we feel give us an advantage are:
- OUR DISTANCE FROM THE ROAD - We are a full 1/4 mile so no
dreaded road noise from the 16-wheeler trucks rolling past
- NO "GOLDFISH BOWL" POOL EXPERIENCE - We are not overlooked
on all sides by up to five other house pools, but
overlooking out across conservation
- NOT IN KISSIMMEE - So no Disney traffic jams right outside
your door to fight through, wherever you intend to go
- SHOPPING - Just two minutes to the 24 hour Super Walmart or
Kohls & only 10-15 minutes North on the US27 to Super
Target/Home Depot/Payless Shoes etc.
- GOLF - Florida is the biggest golfing state in the US, we
are surrounded by courses, Orange County is only 10 minutes
away with two of the highest rated courses in the area.
However, for the benefit of those in your party not "mad on
golf", the house is not in the middle of one!
2. PRICE
Prices exclude the 11% sales tax in Lake County, but this is less thanb the 13% in Kissimmee. Just to put this into context though, at a four-star hotel it would cost at least $75 a night/room, six rooms for a week would be $3,150 (more than 3 times the price for much less space and all before tax added!).
3. THE HOUSE ITSELF
One level, so no stair concerns for either children or elderly members of your group. The Gulf Breeze-II is virtually the only 6-bedroom single storey house on the market. House packed with toys & features to keep the kids happy and enable you to relax in the 'between theme park days.

Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
we waited until a nice modern house on conservation was available. Neither ourselves or our guests want other properties surrounding the pool. We also needed a place far from the noise of the road. With he new 429 opening, the house is also ideally located to miss the traffic and quickly get to Disney.
Avoid the 192, I4, Kissimmee and International Drive traffic jams. The new back entry to Disney (still unsignposted on the 192), lets you get from our house to Disney's gates in 12 minutes. South on US27, East on 192 for 3 lights, then North on new 429 for 1.5 miles.
Pool view over conservation, with distant view of Magic Kingdom fireworks from Pool (5 miles). Over 1/4 mile from busy road, so no noise.
9 golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Orange County to South & East. Legends North on US27 after Lake Louise Park on right.
Good Mall with Target, Best Buy, Books a Million, Dollar Store, JC Penny, Payless Shoes, Dicks Sporting Goods, Pet Smart & more

"Our vacation was wonderful. We did use the Wireless internet and it worked perfect. Your house is lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much. We like the convenience of the location, Wal-mart was right down the street when we needed food or anything. The house was clean and very comfortable for all 12 of us and the pool was perfect size for all us including the kids. I did not see anything you needed to change and the house was upgraded very nicely. The washer and dryer and game room were a plus. We really enjoyed our vacation and there is nothing to change in your house. We would love to come back and stay again."

The house was beautiful and even though the weather was cold the pool was nice and warm. The kids loved playing in the game room garage. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and it worked out great. I think you need to say to get to disney people should take 27 to 192 to 429 North go one exit and pay toll 1.00 and you are at the back of disney. Probably a 10 minute drive.. Definitely would stay again, and the management company and owner were great to deal with. Any questions send me an email.

“Just to let you know we are back from our vacation, and as always the apartment was perfect and everything we needed. There is nothing that we saw needing fixing etc, your apartment is really so well equipped. I don’t know when you were there last but there is an awesome brand new super target just before you turn off the 192 to U27 What with that and Walmart, who needs the theme parks!
