This is a very nice and clean home. It was built in 2001 and has a deck that faces table rock lake! The deck comes with outdoor seating, a grill and chairs to just sit back and relax while enjoying the lake view. You can also relax outside on either one of the hammock and/or hanging hammock chair. You will also have access to a fire pit for those late night s'mores gatherings.
There is also a fenced in yard and a screened in porch. This home does allow for pets and is set up perfectly with the yard access and the "doggie door" which leads into the screened in porch.
Inside, there are two seperate bedrooms and the bedding can accommodate both adults and/or children. The home has an open kitchen and floor plan, along with a breakfast bar and chairs. The openess also allows for extra bedding, if needed.
The house has plenty of parking in both the front driveway and on the side of the house. The storage shed also comes equipped with kayaks, fishing poles and plenty of games and movies to choose from.
On site, you will also have access to a swimming pool, tennis courts, play ground and basketball courts.
Location is everything! In less than two miles you can be playing golf at Branson Creek or the course at Top of the Rock. Also within that range are various places to eat and/or get groceries. In less than five miles, you can be cruising the Branson Belle or enjoying all the water sport activities at the State Park Marina. In seven miles, you can be on the Branson strip or visiting all the shops at the Branson Landing!
