Beautiful, fully furnished updated house on quiet side street, one block from a gorgeous beach and jetties. Hardwood throughout, large kitchen, and great room area with cathedral ceiling and sky lights. Nice yard and deck with retractable sun shade for relaxing after a day at the beach. Two bedrooms: one with queen bed and one with bunkbeds. Full futon in great room. All new furniture in '06.
Enjoy amazing fishing down the street off the beach or charter a boat from the marina down the road. A beautiful beach awaits you at the end of the dead-end road. Great restaurants on the island or in Newburyport Center. Terrific shopping and plenty to do right in Newburyport: swimming, hiking, horseback riding, golf, birdwatching, bicycling, theater, movies, and more. Boston is a 40 minute drive or train ride away and Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a half hour drive away.
This is truly an amazing property and a terrific vacation spot.
