This is the condo you and your family are going to visit year after year. We have tried to think of everything, every special touch, to make your stay unforgettable. Not only will you be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves but also by the softest sheets and the most comfortable beds on the Gulf Coast. The condo has hardwood floors and tile throughout, crown molding, and beadboard, adding to its unique atmosphere! Our goal is to make your stay one that you will always fondly remember! Calypso is the newest luxury condominium in the Panama City Beach area and the ONLY condo within walking distance to the newly opened Pier Park. Pier Park is a high end shopping, dining, and entertainment venue.

This Platinum level, gulf front condo unit features a luxurious two bedroom with bunk unit floor plan, with designer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious private balcony and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Luxury accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom, and queen sleeper in the living room.

Calypso also includes exceptional amenities such as a parking facility and two beachfront resort style pools with tiki bar. Of course, being in one of Panama City Beaches’ best locations does not hurt, Calypso is situated on over 500 feet of sugar white beaches, right next to the Dan Russell Fishing Pier and adjacent to Pier Park. Calypso Resort and Towers, the perfect resort to host your vacation.

There are many extras including, 9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, crown molding and bead-board, hardwood floors, and a full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. This unit is ideally located on the sixth floor, near the elevators and far from the trash chute. I

A $300 reservation and a $200 security deposit, by major credit card or check, will hold your reservation. We prefer to rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and checkout. There is a 4 night minimum stay during other periods.

Our unit is non-smoking/non-smoker and we cannot allow pets. We do not rent to singles under 25.

  • We arrive here on December 29, 2007. We were able to check in earlier at a very reasonable rate. We were due to check in on January 1st, 2008. After a long enjoyable drive from Ottawa, we were so happy with the unit on arrival. In fact, we were only booked for one month, but we are now staying for another month. The beach is so nice, and everyone here at Calypso is so helpful. We walk over to the pier and just enjoy the sunsets. The beach is extremely clean and well looked after. We can't believe just how relaxing this area is. We have been to so many other areas in Florida, and we think this is the best area to be. We hope to return. The shopping is great in this area. Pier Park Mall is a wonderful idea and the design is just smashing to see. Lighthouse beach design. So many major anchors. No need to be elsewhere. I ride my bike there everyday. It also has a lovely park and great just for walking. Lots of theme parks for the kids nearby. The condo is so well furnished in smooth relaxing colors. We enjoy the free internet. It also has a great telephone system, free unlimited calling to Canada and anywhere in the United States. I get to keep in touch with family back home. It is also great for those of you who want to keep in touch with the office, but still be on vacation. Ideal for those who want the family to have a vacation but you still can be at your virtual office.
