Calypso is the newest luxury condominium in the Panama City Beach area and the ONLY condo within walking distance to the newly opened Pier Park. Pier Park is a high end shopping, dining, and entertainment venue. This Platinum level, gulf front condo unit features a luxurious two bedroom with bunk unit floor plan, with designer furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious private balcony and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Luxury accommodations for up to eight are provided by a king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom, and queen sleeper in the living room.
Calypso also includes exceptional amenities such as a parking facility and two beachfront resort style pools with tiki bar. Of course, being in one of Panama City Beaches’ best locations does not hurt, Calypso is situated on over 500 feet of sugar white beaches, right next to the Dan Russell Fishing Pier and adjacent to Pier Park. There are many extras including, 9 foot ceiling throughout, granite counter tops in the bathrooms and kitchen, crown molding and bead-board, hardwood floors, and a full size washer and dryer. There is even a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
This unit is ideally located on the sixth floor, near the elevators and far from the trash chute. It comes with many features to make your stay relaxing and spectacular, such as High Speed Internet, Cable TV, Free Phone Calls within North America, Grocery Service and much more. This unit is booking quick, so please secure your reservations early.
A $300 reservation and a $200 security deposit, by major credit card or check, will hold your reservation. We prefer to rent weekly during summer months with Saturday check-in and checkout. There is a 4 night minimum stay during other periods.
Our unit is non-smoking/non-smoker and we cannot allow pets. We do not rent to singles under 25. |
