Whether you're seeking a fun filled adventure or quiet romantic weekend, our mountain home is for you! The house is just a short stroll to the Marina, tennis/basketball courts, playground, picnic area, heated community pool, clubhouse/ restaurant. Enjoy family and friends on our deck with large private backyard.
The first floor has a sunny open floor plan. Picturesque, breakfast area has three walls of windows with wooded view, where you can watch the wildlife stroll by, sliding glass doors open to deck with table/chairs (loads seating) and gas grill.
After enjoying your day, you'll love to relax in our cozy living room furnished in a country theme with large stone fireplace, VCR, DVD, Cable TV, ceiling fan and queen-size sofa bed.
Our first floor master bedroom is beautifully decorated in a mountain lodge theme with queen-size bed, cable TV, full closet, dresser, private master bath and ceiling fan.
You'll have fun preparing meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. It has everything needed including dishes, glasses, cups, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator etc. Laundry room has full washer/dryer for your convenience.
Our comfortable loft offers something for everyone.. games, books, reading area, queen-size futon, Nintendo 64 and newly installed railings that are safe for children. Our upstairs bedrooms are also decorated in rustic mountain themes with queen-size beds, cable TV, dressers, closet and ceiling fans. Full bathroom with tub and shower.
We want to make your stay as convenient as possible. Therefore, we supply many extras like firewood, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks, board games, DVD's, beach chairs, extra blankets, pillows, child booster seat, book of ideas of things to do and more.
We attempt to keep our house allergy-free for our guests so NO SMOKING & NO PETS.
