Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this Dupont Circle 1 Bedroom English Garden Level Apartment. Located at 16th and U. Streets. We are located a short 6-8 minute walk to Washington's Metro system offering easy access to Sightseeing, the new Convention Center, and the National Mall. Additionally, there is a major bus line with a stop out the front door and to the corner with service to the White House in 10-15 minutes. A short walk will bring you to more than eighty restaurant choices, numerous shops, coffee houses, nightclubs, bookstores and movie theaters.
This fully furnished apartment is designed to be your home away from home. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and shower only (no tub) bath. The living room includes a full sized sleeper sofa for an additional guest. The dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 4. There is also a nicely equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment can accommodate up to 3. If you are traveling to Washington with a car, there are 2 off street, garaged parking
spaces available for an additional fee.

My husband, son and granddaughter spent seven days in the Garden apartment this month, and it was a terrific experience. The master bedroom was spacious enough for us to put the child's rollaway in there with us, leaving plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet and drawer space. The full kitchen allowed us to fix breakfast before we headed out to see the sights. The living room/ dining area was large enough for us to have our other son, daughter-in-law and grandson over in the evenings. My son said that the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. One problem was that there was no bathtub, so was a problem to bathe the granddaughter. We just went to our son's hotel room and used theirs. I will say that if you were coming with a car, rent one of the parking spaces. That made it so nice to get the car off the road, and to be guarnteed a parking spot close to the apartment. I will recommend this sight to all my friends and family!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Spent a week at Meridian Manor basement apartment. Location was great and close to Metro. Apartment was pleasant and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again. John was very helpful if we had any questions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

Our family stayed here for my daughter's wedding in October, 2011. We had a great time, and Meridian Manor certainly contributed to our fun. The rooms are very comfortable, the whole house was immaculate, and the breakfast was great. John (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We rented out the entire house for our group. The Bed & Breakfast was very clean, comfortable and provided good food. I would definitely recommend the Meridian Manor.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.
