This is a well furnished, completely renovated, two bedroom, two and a half bath ocean view, townhouse-style villa. Just steps to the beach, the corner location offers side windows in the living and dining areas giving you more light, more view and a feeling of greater spaciousness. The desireable corner location also allows for an enhanced view from the outside deck, open on two sides to catch the ocean breezes.
There are gleaming maple hardwood floors in the living/dining area and both bedrooms and new granite tile in the bathrooms. The fully equiped kitchen has all new appliances and lighting, and a granite tile counter top. A custom-made dining table and chairs in the dining area will comfortably seat four for a casual family meal or provide the perfect setting for elegant entertaining. Smooth ceilings, recessed lighting, wide-slat wooden blinds,leather sofa and easy chair and a flat screen TV in the living area are among the quality touches seldom found at this price.
