These seven large, tastefully furnished, upscale, log and cedar homes are situated on the beautiful White River. Perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreat, or just a special vacation for couples or friends. All of the units are absolute riverfront. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

This beautiful compound was developed for the Anderson family of Greene County, Arkansas as a gathering place for a family of 85 and a memorial to their mother Esta Stuart Anderson. If you want privacy ,space, and a gorgeous peaceful setting with abundant activities for all, this is the place! From our honeymoon cabin to or our new Ohana House, we are eager to share the pleasures of this beautiful development and scenic surroundings with you or your entire family.

Located on White River you will enjoy some of the best all around fishing available on this scenic and famous river. Bring your own powerboat and use our private ramp or rent canoes and fishing boats nearby. Everyone will enjoy the unique swimming pool (no lifeguard), canoeing, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery and privacy.
