If you love the beach and hearing the waves than you have chosen the right unit. When we purchased G403 there were many to choose from but we loved to watch and hear the waves from our living area and our balcony. We also enjoy eating our meals on the balcony as we watch the sunset- :)

Hello - we are the Worthey/Parr family from Athens Georgia(GO DAWGS!). This is a recent picture taken of me and my daughter at a Braves game. We love the beach and could not resist investing in a gulfside condo at FWB/Destin area. This has got to be one of the most beautiful areas on the gulf and we hope you enjoy your stay at "Luxury By The Sea".
