Indian Palms Country Club is a wonderful place to spend your next Vacation. It has 27 holes of Championship Golf available to you and your guests. Our renters receive a special discount on golf and purchases in the Pro Shop. My wife and I live at the course and will meet you are the gate and take you to your Vacation Home. The condo is large, 1500 sq. ft., completely set up for you. From the gas BBQ and patio tables to the bedding, linens and cookware. Just bring your desire to have fun in the sun (the patio gets lot’s of it). Be sure to bring your laptop, as you will have free DSL during your stay. The pool and spa are just steps away.
We are located near shopping, many other golf courses, 3 Indian Gaming Casinos, the Polo Fields and Horse Jumping. We have a Boutique Hotel on site and they offer discount rates for your extra company. Also located on the grounds is our Gym, Tennis Courts and Restaurant and Bar.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Palms
We bougth our condo here because of the winter weather and the golf. We can wear shorts and golf shirts all winter. The coldest it gets is 45 farenheidt over night. On the days that it only gets to 70, we wear a jacket, we think its cold. The golf here at Indian Palms is great. We have 3 nines and you play a different combination of them each day. It's also very inexpensive here compared to other courses around. We are close to Shopping, Polo,Theater, Casinos and many fine restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Rose and I will meet you at the gate to the Golf Course and take you to your Vacation Condo. It will be clean and set-up for you. By living here, we make sure things are right. We also are here to help with any questions, planning or problems you may have. I always have my cell phone on and with me to answer your questions. This is a service no other condo owners or managers can offer. We have many return customers and you can tell that by reading the customer comment cards
Owner's Map of Indian Palms
My wife and I live right here at the Golf Course, Indian Palms. We bougth the condo in 2000 for our vacation home. When we retired, and moved to the Desert full time, we purchased a home and moved out of the condo. The first year, we hired a management company to handel it and soon found out that they didn't offer the service we wanted for our renters. We took it over and have found we enjoy handling it ourselves. No one can offer better service than the owners of the property, who actually live with-in 1/2 mile away.

During our winter stay we found our property was clean, spacious and had every amenity one could want. Our host was exceptionally accomodating and friendly - in all a most enjoyable stay.

This rental fit our needs to the letter. Our staff was in Indio putting on a conference and even though we didn't spend too much time in the house it was easy to get business done with the great location and internet service. The house was beautiful, very clean and inviting. It house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The process for renting was simple. We usually stay in hotels when we visit Indio but the price was very reasonable and Ed was so easy to work with.

Janet, my wife, and I spent the month of January in one of Ed & Rose's condos at Indian Palms. When we arrived on Jan. 01 we contacted Ed & Rose at their home as we were unable to reach them because of New Year's Eve. They were happy to see us and promptly took us to our Condo on Douglas Street. The accommodations were perfect and their hospitality made our first stay In Indian Palms a wonderful experience. We hope to return next year and years to follow.

If there is anything that you need they will make sure that it is taken care of. My favorite place to stay I love it there and feels like home.We have been going there for 5 years and are always sad when it is time to leave.

Our stay at Indian Palms condo was excellent. A beautiful 2 bedroom and the pool was out the backdoor. Only thing about condo is possible to have a king size mattress so the 2 singles could be used as a king bed,[just a thought]. The place is centrally located for shopping and golfing, also the guest book is full of great information on all the places to go including happy hour hot spots,[really helpful]. thanks again we had a great holiday.

We had to go to the area for a basketball tournament and decided to try this in lieu of a hotel. It was a great decision as we had much more space to spread out and had all the accommodations of home. Ed was wonderful to work with and made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely do this again.

My husband and I felt very welcomed. The accommodations were clean. Ed and Rose went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed in the condo. The community is beautiful for a daily walk. Shopping, golfing, casino's all near by. We will be back!
