Three-hundred-sixty degree views take in the islands of Molokai, Lanai, and Kahoolawe across the stunning blue of the Pacific, with the green majesty of the Kahalawai mountains as a backdrop. Your hosts, owners and builders Barry and Irene McPhee, welcome you to enjoy their beautiful property in the privacy of your own studio.
The guest room, designed after the old plantation day water catchment tank, has been custom built, furnished, and decorated to surround you with the flavor of the islands. A separate, private bathhouse is just steps away. Enjoy quiet evenings stargazing at the incomparable, tropical Pacific sky, unspoiled by city lights or even street lights.
Amenities include air conditioning, small refrigerator (no kitchen), coffee maker, use of swimming pond and waterfalls, and lots of aloha.

20% Discount for ten or more nights.
$50 Cleaning Fee only if staying less than three nights.
50% Deposit to book, full payment due three weeks before arrival.
100% Payment due if booking within three weeks of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% Refund if cancelled in writing three months prior
to arrival date, or if space can be resold; 25% Refund up to six weeks prior
to arrival date; No Refund within three weeks of arrival date.
