Completely remodeled, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium with beautiful full ocean views from lanai, living room, and kitchen! This unit is on the second floor and is the end unit so it is very quiet and private.
Enjoy cooking with in this open kitchen with granite countertops and view of the ocean from your dining room chairs. All of the furniture in the living room and dining room is brand new and has that great island feel.
The entire condominium features cool tile floors and air conditioning for those sultry Hawaiian nights.
Both bathrooms also have granite counters as well as hand-painted tiles in the shower and bath.
Relax and unwind in the heated, 60-foot pool. The pool is great for swimming laps with its beautiful, dark blue tiles. Like cooking outdoors, then you will love the all gas barbecue area, locate right next to the pool deck.
The bedrooms feature a large, king-sized bed with attached bathroom and two twin beds in other bedroom with detached bathroom.

Location was terrific...within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Fantastic place to watch the sunset every night, great pool. Condo was a little outdated but was fully stocked. Price was great considering it was over the holiday season. Would stay here again but then again we like to try different places each time we go.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was our second time staying at this location and it is in the most perfect spot. Very close to the best beaches on the island (in our opinion). Kihei provides a perfect location for the best weather on Maui!! The condo fit our family of 7 just right. The wireless is pretty much non-existent unless you walk to the pool or down to the laundry so it isn't a good location to get some work done if you need to, so mostly just an inconvenience if you are in need of internet. Overall we loved our stay!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We loved the condo. Very spacious and well maintained. Great view, quiet, even beach toys. Good location both in town and on the island. In the middle and everything easy to reach by car in all directions. You can even walk to the grocery, open air market, little restaurants and even Snorkel Bobs! Everyone we met was very friendly from the rental agent to the local vendors. We would rent this again when and if on Maui. Many thinks for a nice place.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The condo's location was great! We walked to the shops in the area & beach walks nightly. The pool was wonderful, hardly anyone ever around. The open kitchen to the living room & eating table made it so roomy. We ate in almost everyday so having such a great view and never felt closed-in was perfect. Kihei area is truly paradise.Owner response: Thank you Chris and Ed for your wonderful comments! Three of us ladies spent a wonderful week at this condo in Sept. It was clean, air conditioned, and as advertised, VERY quiet! The pool was large and beautiful, and the surrounding grounds were immaculate. We could walk to the grocery store and nearby restaurants from our place. Great condo, great location! Have stayed in Napili and Ma'alaea, Kihei was an even better location. Everything was close enough to walk to, yet the condo is in a quiet area. Loved watching the sunset from the huge, heated pool. A lot of condos on Maui do not have air conditioning , this unit had 3, which kept us cool and comfortable. WE spent an awesome 2 weeks at Waiohuli Beach Hale Unit # 204. It was a fantastic place with everything provided....right down to a cooler and beach chairs for the beach. The condo is conveniently located a block from the grocery store (Star Markets) plus a bunch of other shops including a pharmacy withing a 5 minute walk. The condo was immaculate and the location was great! It made for a fantastic holiday...our 3 kids loved it! The pool was a big hit....can't wait to come back again to # 204. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ps - the nearby church was a great place to drop off left over groceries as they do a meal for the homeless every evening and were so thankful for donations (including fresh veggies and fruit)Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I bought this great condo when we decided that Maui would be a great place to be able to always come back to for vacation. We love all of the activities available on Maui and our location is a prime location for being able to travel to all of the unique beaches and outdoor attractions that Maui has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Waiohuli Beach Hale:
The location in Kihei is perfect Maui weather, as it's the drier side of the island so you almost always have warm and sunny weather. The condo is not on S. Kihei street where alot of condos are located so there is not much noise from the street traffic, and quiet is one of the many reasons I go to Hawaii for vacation to relax. There are also great winds that come across the bay and blow through the condo, which means I don't usually use the AC (trying to be green) plus I love the sound of the ocean and the smell of Hawaii!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have free wi fi for those of us who like to stay a bit connected, and there is also free parking. This complex is a more intimate complex, and is very quiet and relaxing which is a HUGE plus (I have stayed in many condos over the years in Maui, and some of the complexes are lound with people, music, etc.). I like my Maui nice and mellow.
