The Dunesider pool house features a heated swimming pool, an A/C lounge area with kitchen and generous terraces for sunning & relaxing. WaterSound Beach Community offers three shared heated pool locations, an outdoor fireplace, a state of the art fitness & sauna facility, the Dunesider Grill serving lunch poolside in the summer season and a gourmet cafe that includes a catering service.
Located in the Crescent Keel section of WaterSound Beach the cottage has gabled ceilings throughout providing a rich, open feel with three bedrooms and four full size bathrooms. This property is center to all amenities including the Dunsider Pool & Grill, the main beach entrance, the WaterSound Cafe and Fitness/Sauna center.

We chose to purchase this great piece of property because of the beautiful natural setting and the quality look of the architectural design. An investment for now and in the future we plan on retiring here...it's a great piece of paradise that we truely enjoy!

As California residents many people ask us why Watersound Beach? Well having been to many scenic beaches, Hawaii, Florida and the Caribbean we were simply amazed at what we found one summer when we decided to vacation in Santa Rosa Beach just a few miles away from Watersound Beach. Watersound Beach a new community nestled along Scenic HWY 30A commands a one mile private beachfront surrounded by massive sand dunes..it's simply magnificant. Certainly the best beach on the panhandle and arguably one the best beach settings in the world...it's true! My wife, myself and our kids fully look forward to our frequent trips to Watersound Beach as well as the surrounding area that offers so many fun things to do. It's got such a beach feel and you just can't beat the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Not to mention the great Southern culture and people who live and work in the Florida panhandle!

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. The home was well stocked, in wonderful condition and a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed picking fruit from the trees in the morning, beach time in the afternoon followed by a dip in the pool. The evenings we spent in Seaside mostly but upon our return to the house we took advantage of the golf cart and strolled through all the meandering wooden paths. Thanks again for a wonderful stay-we look forward to using your home again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
