Come stay in our spacious, sunny town home, within minutes walking distance from downtown Winter Park. Units are secluded in a wooded area with parking right in front. A convenient ski locker on the front porch can hold all your ski, boarding or biking equipment. A free Winter Park ski-shuttle picks up within 100 yards of the Condo every 15 minutes during the busy ski-season for a short ride to the slopes or into town.
The Condo has a spacious entry foyer for putting on ski boots and storing ski jackets, helmets, etc. Two of the three bedrooms are on this first level. The first bedroom is the master featuring a king-size bed, heated mattress pad, attached bathroom and one of two entrances to adjoining hot tub. The other bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds with a full bathroom just down the hall. A washer (detergent supplied) and dryer on the first floor allows you to pack light. The third bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached bathroom is on the second floor adjacent to the spacious living room with a pull out queen sleeper couch.
The living room has a beautiful moss-rock gas-fireplace with a vaulted pine ceiling. A wonderful quiet solar sitting room off the dining area provides wonderful warmth during the winter and on chilly summer mornings, great for watching nature or catching up on some reading. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to set up your home-away-from-home including all the condiment type items that you might need.
