Private Hot Tub in three bedroom, three bath Condo in Winter Park. Now also has wireless internet. Come stay in our spacious, sunny town home, within minutes walking distance from downtown Winter Park. Units are secluded in a wooded area with parking right in front. A convenient ski locker on the front porch can hold all your ski, boarding or biking equipment. A free Winter Park ski-shuttle picks up within 100 yards of the Condo every 15 minutes during the busy ski-season for a short ride to the slopes or into town.
The Condo has a spacious entry foyer for putting on ski boots and storing ski jackets, helmets, etc. Two of the three bedrooms are on this first level. The first bedroom is the master featuring a king-size bed, heated mattress pad, attached bathroom and one of two entrances to adjoining hot tub. The other bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds with a full bathroom just down the hall. A washer (detergent supplied) and dryer on the first floor allows you to pack light. The third bedroom with a queen-size bed and attached bathroom is on the second floor adjacent to the spacious living room with a pull out queen sleeper couch.
The living room has a beautiful moss-rock gas-fireplace with a vaulted pine ceiling. A wonderful quiet solar sitting room off the dining area provides wonderful warmth during the winter and on chilly summer mornings, great for watching nature or catching up on some reading. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to set up your home-away-from-home including all the condiment type items that you might need.

Wow!. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. There were pots and pans of every size and a crock pot. The location was convenient to ski slopes, town, grocery store and tubing hill. I certainly would recommend this condo and the owners. It was a perfect place for teenagers. We all enjoyed the board games. The snow decorations were neat. Alise, thank you for your help in planning our Christmas vacation. We hope to return. Christmas 2010 in Winter Park was awesome.

Relaxing, comfortable, home away from home, spacious, perfect. Just some of the adjectives I use to describe this beautiful town home. Sitting at the dinning table looking out at the pine trees. Soaking in a large hot tub, any time of the day. Sitting by the fireplace with friends. These are just some of the wonderful things here. Thank you to Alise for all those special touches that make this place home and encourage me to come back as often as I can. I highly recommend this town home to everyone. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

I stayed at this condo in Dec of 2007 and had a great time. Very clean and comfortable. The condo is furnished just like home, beds are very comfortable and the private hot tub was just what you need at the end of a very cold day. I would recommend this condo to anyone (as long as they weren't planning on staying there the same week as me!!) Count me as a very satisfied customer.
