I came back here in September for a week and fell in love with this condo again. It's so warm and inviting and very clean. Everything you need to cook with is there and very upscale. Tony always keeps the place clean and furniture is very comfortable. All leather which is great for my allergies. You couldn't ask for a nicer place but better yet you couldn't ask for a better owner. So much to do and you can walk to do it. If you are flying in you can get the Max right to the condo. Sat market (which is Sat and Sun) is just mins away. As far as I'm concern you can't go wrong. Thanks Tony for knowing how to make your guests comfortable. My husband and I were in town for a conference and cancelled our hotel when we found this gem. The place is gorgeous and in such a perfect location. There is a small store on site where you can pick up just about anything you need. I cannot say enough about the owner and this lovely condo! If we ever find ourselves coming to Portland again we will certainly book this one!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Tony was very accommodating as we added an extra night to our stay when we arrived a day early. The condo is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and is in an amazing location on the river. We took advantage of the location to use the "fare free" public transport to many sightseeing locations in town. The condo is also within a very walkable distance to several places of interest, such as the Portland Saturday and Sunday market on the river. We unfortuneately had to leave just as the Blues Fest was starting in the park on the river just a few minutes away. We enjoyed grilling out, meeting some of the friendly neighbors, and relaxing in this "home away from home". Tony was very prompt in returning all emails and questions regarding our stay and we would not hesitate to stay here in future visits.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

This property is clean, quiet and comfortable. We were there for a week in April- it rained so we couldn't take advantage of the running path but would like to go back when the weather is nicer. A very pleasant experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed here for six nights and the accomodations could not have been better. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances we could need. It was our home away from home for the week and we truly did not want to leave. The location was also very convenient for exploring downtown Portland and beyond. Would love to return someday!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Owner info

About the owner: We enjoy staying in nicely appointed places where we can truly relax and take in the new environment. Our condo has been setup to provide that same experience for you - our guest.
Why the Owner Chose Pearl District:
We have enjoyed Portland since our college years. My first experience in Portland was an overnight stay in the Governor hotel & night on the town visiting Powell's Book Store (awesome book collection) & some local pubs. Years later, we returned for a close friends wedding. We discovered this riverside condo & decided it would be a fun have our own place on the Willamette River to share.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
There is so much to do within walking distance. We love that Portland feels like a mini-San Francisco but on a more human scale.
