We choose this location because we had family staying next door at the Ritz Residence Villas. After much research, we choose this villa. The villa was a fabulous retreat for our family. The accommodations and view were fabulous. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in luxury.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It had a well equipped kitchen plus ample towels in the bathrooms. The location was very convenient and walkable to 3 beaches. The owner was also very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and referring us to available activities on Maui. We'd definitely stay there again.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We just finished our stay at Tom's condo and it was fantastic. The condo is very spacious and clean. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed the location of the condo in Kapalua. We also were able to work out for free at the brand new Kapalua Resort as a Bay Villa "resident". Not sure how long that will last, but it was a great addition to the trip. We will definitely re-book soon!

We had the pleasure of staying in this condo Christmas week '08, and simply put, it was delightful. The apt is spacious, bright, open, airy and tastefully decorated. The views are spectacular and the pictures posted on the website do not do it justice. We stayed in Kapalua Christmas week '07, but were in a smaller villa in the Ridge, and if returning to Maui, would definitely stay in Tom's condo again, no question. My husband and son played golf every day while my daughter and I relaxed by the pool or at one of the beaches. We drove to Wailea several times for golf/beach, but were always glad to return to Kapalua for the peacefulness and calm of the area. I would recommend this condo to anyone without hesitation or reserve. It is a piece of heaven on earth.

We stayed at this condo June of 2007. We enjoyed it so much that we are returning this August 2009. The condo is spacious, clean, decorate very nicely, and the views are stellar! We could walk to a variety of beaches. All with their own personality. The pools were clean and not over crowded. The grills at the pool were in good working condition and the pool area was a great place to have dinner at "home." The grounds were beautiful and waking up to this paradise each morning was a real treat. We were sad to leave! There are new trails opened on Kapalua and we are looking forward to checking them out as well as a zipline excursion. There are many restaurants to choose from. If you desire, you could just stay within the Kapalua area and have a great time. But there are many other things to see and do on Maui and we will be expanding our horizons on this trip! Hi, we stayed here last year November and just getting around to making our comment! Sorry! It's been a busy year! I did a lot of research in the area as I had a VIP (my father) as it was his 60th birthday. We celebrated his birthday in Maui with style and this condo was definitely one of the reasons why everything turned out so well. Ny parents loved the view and we loved the location. It's close to the Ritz beach where the kids loved to play at, but it was also close to other areas like Baby Beach and more. We would definitely come back again. Plus the owners are very easy to work with.

Stayed a week in August at this condo; two adults and three teenagers who love to swim. Could NOT have picked a better location. It is located within easy walking distance to Ironwood beach for perfect boogie boarding waves and Kapalua Bay for a fish tank-like snorkelling experience with the vibrant colours of both fish and corals and the occasional turtle if you are lucky. Was like Hanauma bay from 1982. Just a few people at the beaches and the three 8 foot deep pools at the complex were even less crowded. Never had to look for a chair. BBQ facilities were top notch, clean, with Jenn-Aire BBQs, which we used once. Restaurants are also within walking distance or a very short and easy drive if you wish. Tom gives a list of favourites, which were bang on. The condo itself was clean and easy to keep clean. The kitchen was well stocked with preparation appliances and dishes and also had a nice powerful blender and fridge with ice-maker that was able to keep up with our making of tropical drinks. Free wireless internet also allowed us to send pics back home to make others jealous and also to keep up on local activities in the area. Two last things: (1) There is literature in the condo when you arrive that allows you to book a myriad of guided trips on the island at a VERY good discount which we took advantage of. I would highly recommend the Molokini snorkel trip on the ‘Quicksilver’. Great crew, boat, food, two snorkel sites (Molokini and Turtle Town) and then a visit to see some spinner dolphins off the south Maui coast, as well as an excellent tour along the way. (2) If you are there the first Sunday of the month, the Whalers Village in Kaanapali has a free open air jazz concert from 7 to 10 PM. Probably one of the best jazz bands I have ever heard and they played stuff that everybody knows. It was excellent! Aloha and Mahalo.Richard Zvanciuk

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The views are spectacular and the condo is well equipped and totally comfortable. We enjoyed snorkeling at Kapalua Beach and Honolua Bay. Boogie boarding at Ironwoods beach was fun. It was breezy, but that kept it cooler. Even with the construction, it was very quiet and peaceful. Easy to get into Lahaina for restaurants and shopping.

WOW! That's what you'll say when you enter this villa! Quality linens, comfy beds, uber style, and breathtaking views. We had breakfast with the whales every morning. Well, just about anytime you looked out the windows, you could see them! We loved everything about this villa!
