Evergreen is a prestigious mountain town 30 minutes from downtown Denver. Great restaurants and hangouts. We are 2 miles or 4 minutes from the Evergreen Lakehouse. If you're Not getting married or even if you are, you can attend the fly fishing school here or hike the many trails throughout the area.
This is Colorado! Land of one (spectacular) lake and 10,000 activities. Let us know what you are thinking and we'll steer you in the right direction or push you into something more exciting or different.

- This one is the easiest to get to. Often you would NOT need a 4WD but we still recommend 4WD during the winter months, Clear Creek County maintains their roads very well.
Rate Details (In US$ - Have a Great Day)
Each calendar month has a different daily rate that varies slightly by number
of folks and pets and then is tallied up for a 30 night min stay.
We have other homes in Evergreen that are not in Jefferson county that
are an excellent choice to esp over a tiny hotel or B&LB (bed and lousy breakfast)
$1200 refundable deposit reserves your time and rent is due two months before
arrival.
Full refund >2 mo b4 stay, 50% >1 mo b4. Pet friendly but not pet free.
Rate based on number of people and pets and of course length of stay.
