ACTIVITIES:
Evergreen is a prestigious mountain town 30 minutes from downtown Denver. Great restaurants and hangouts. We are 2 miles or 4 minutes from the Evergreen Lakehouse. If you're Not getting married or even if you are, you can attend the fly fishing school here or hike the many trails throughout the area.

This is Colorado! Land of one (spectacular) lake and 10,000 activities. Let us know what you are thinking and we'll steer you in the right direction or push you into something more exciting or different.

We were the first in Evergreen and boy has it grown. We have 4 for you to choose from.

4WD recommended November thru March. We also recommend higher clearance vehicles at all times in the mountains.

Cleaning fee and all taxes are included. We have two simple rules: leave no messes and have the last load washing.

Refund Policy:
-100% refund plus deposit up to 2 months before stay.
-50% refund plus deposit up to 1 month before stay.
-Deposit refunded within a month before stay.
-Under all circumstances, full refund for rebooked nights.
-No refund on canceled stays longer than 2 weeks unless rebooked.

Summer short stays (less than 5 nights): We book 4 night stays 8 weeks in advance, 3 night stays 6 weeks in advance and 2 night stays 4 weeks in advanced.

  • We stayed in this house over Christmas 2007. What a great way to break tradition!! There were 9 adults and 2 children in our party and plenty of room for all of us to relax. Our 3 year old started calling it home. There's lots to do and see. We hope to come back soon.

  • WE had a MOST relaxing time!! We came out for our 15th Wedding Anniversary, so beautiful and quiet .. lots of wildlife and the people that we did encounter when we went out were very friendly.   • We went to Evergreen for our late honeymoon..... We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed every second. We had a lot of snow on Tuesday, but we passed the time in the hot tub, and snow boarding down the hill next to the house!! Wonderful! I would reccomend this house to anyone! Romantic get away, family vacation, wedding, etc. The house and it's location, and Evergreen in it self was such a wonderful place! Thank you again for everything! We will be back soon!

  • A relaxing and gorgeous place for my annual mommy get-away weekend. My good friend and I spent January 12-15 here and were concerned that the cold front would dampen our fun, but not so. We spent lots of time reading by the big picture windows overlooking the snowy trees and lake, and relished the hot tub at sunset. The red fox and deer that frequented the forest added to our serene surroundings. The house is well-laid out and spacious enough for a much larger group...we know it will be perfect for a return visit with our husbands and 5 kids. The three levels and balconies create lots of places for privacy. Terrific TVS and audio equipment throughout. We shopped in quaint Evergreen (I loved the upscale women's consignment store...what a fantastic array of designer winter coats and sweaters),and we were delighted to skate under blue skies on Evergreen Lake for opening day! Though there were several restaurants down the hill, we enjoyed cooking all our own meals in the great kitchen. It felt like home. Thanks Rebecca and Keith! We'll be back!

  • It was the thee best house we have ever been it. It was tricky getting up to the house as the day (in Oct) they had 25 inches of snow. But the view was better than a postcard, the place was clean and huge. It has a flat screen TV, computer games for the youth and my boy love the blocks you had there to build. And your neighbors were really nice and said hello. I wish I owned this house but since I don't we plan on coming out in the spring and staying and I have co-workers now that want to email you about renting. Great Job!!!!

  • We traveled to Evergreen to attend a family wedding at The Lake House and celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary. We both teach school so the quiet serenity was music to our ears. The spa was great and we enjoyed using the barbque and eating on the deck.The views were spectacular from every window and one morning we watched a red fox while we ate breakfast. The house is very well equipped with everything you can imagine. We enjoyed the bar at Soho and had a great California Pino Noir for our anniversary. We loved this property and we would return in a minute. Thanks Keith and Rebecca for sharing this beautiful home.

  • This house is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. The views of the lake from the house are incredible - especially when sitting in the hot tub at night! Our stay was in June, and we saw elk at the house almost every day. There are 3 main bedrooms, and they are absolutely huge. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of plates, sliverware, pots and pans. Keith and Rebecca were very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your house with us.   • I stayed for over a week in this lovely home. The views between the older Ponderosa pine towards Lake Evergreen were breathtaking from sun-up to sundown! It has a comfortable, cozy atmosphere with all the amenities that make life wonderful, hot-tub, HDTV, etc. I can't wait to get back!
