Accommodations: Mountain Home - 4 Bedrooms + Den - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 8-14)

View of Patio - Yes, it really is this nice - Colorado Mountain Rental ~~~ Rare gentle sloping land with a peak at your fingertips. Great for a couple or a family. Rarely would you need a 4WD but we're still going to recommend Nov thru March. We're at 7700 feet above sea level. All the conveniences of Denver are just 30 minutes away. Surround yourself with the Rockies without spending hours and gallons to get to the crowded ski areas. Aspens galore. Private feel yet 4 minutes from Evergreen and mountains all around you. Its a trilevel with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Upper level has the master suite, two bedrooms and the main full bath. The entry level has the greatroom, kitchen and open dining areas along with the patio. The garden level has the family room bath complete with a wetbar and the 4th private bath and bedroom and the. The family room has the queen futon and large sectional and a single bed tucked away for overflow. Just outside is our largest calspa hottub. Peaceful, serene, relaxing - the perfect getaway. We've had had visitors from CA, CO, FL, GA, NC & TX. - -- --- ---- Information about all our properties: Calendar link below is up-to-date. We were the first in Evergreen and boy has it grown. We have 4 for you to choose from. 4WD recommended November thru March. We also recommend higher clearance vehicles at all times in the mountains. Cleaning fee and all taxes are included. We have two simple rules: leave no messes and have the last load washing. Refund Policy: -100% refund plus deposit up to 2 months before stay. -50% refund plus deposit up to 1 month before stay. -Deposit refunded within a month before stay. -Under all circumstances, full refund for rebooked nights. -No refund on canceled stays longer than 2 weeks unless rebooked. New Year's, Thanksgiving & July4 5 nt min. X-mas-7 add $50/nt
$300 refundable deposit reserves your time & reverts 2 refundable security deposit
Rent due two months before arrival.  Deposit returned within a week of departure.
Full refund >2 mo b4 stay, 50% >1 mo b4.  Full for rebooked nts.
