This 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1500 sq. ft. condo is located at Tamarind Bay. It is just one condo complex away from the Marriott on beautiful seven mile beach. About 2 miles north of Georgetown. The unit is fully furnished with new furniture and fixtures. It has been tastefully decorated with island flair. The kitchen has solid surface counter tops and is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare great meals, if you decide to dine in. On the front patio is a full size gas Weber grill. The unit easily accommodates six adults. One room has two twin beds. Great for kids! Or push them together to make a queen size bed. The master has a king and the third room has a queen bed.

If you’re looking for a great location then this is the condo for you. Don’t end up on the other end of the island away from everything. The best beaches, the best restaurant/bars, the best night life, all are within walking distance or a very short cab, if you have too much rum. This condo overlooks beautiful Seven Mile Beach. Enjoy the coffee at breakfast or have lunch and dinner on the large, 16x25 foot screened in tile patio. At night, you can enjoy sunsets and the calming sounds of the ocean right from the patio or any of the bedrooms.

Although we are close to everything this condo complex provides the privacy you desire. It has its own private beach and a fresh water swimming pool for those carefree days in the sun. When you are ready for fun, there’s incredible snorkeling just in front of the complex. A five minute walk east you can snorkel a sunken ship.

Need help finding fun things to-do on the island? There is an activity center directly in front of the condo. They can assist you with any of your needs. Are you traveling with small children?
