Come enjoy the best oceanfront villas on Seabrook! Initial renovations were completed in 2006 and brand new heart pine wood floors were just placed late April 2011 and ready for you to enjoy.
This second floor Pelican Watch villa allows the best views of the ocean, porpoise, kids playing on the beach and sunsets like no other. If you are an earlier riser, the full moon is also quite a sight at O'dark 30! These villas are close to all the pools, restaurants and the club house shops.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with cable TV and beautiful Pottery Barn touches. A new ceiling fan/light adds a golden breeze to your good night. The master bath was renovated and finished in all-wood walls and ceiling, brazilian cherry flooring and new ultra modern glass vessel sink with 'waterfall' faucet. The hardware is all by Kohler and all new linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen facelift includes white beadboard walls, new appliances in black/stainless including a smooth top stove, refrigerator and microwave. Lighting is updated with cable lights and the cabinets have new jewelry from Rejuvenation. New breakfast/dining table with four chairs was added recently as well.
Living room has a NEW comfortable queen-size sleeper sectional sofa for snoozing to the soothing sound of ocean waves. A large TV with digital cable, HBO and DVD player are included, along with high-speed wireless cable connection for smooth surfing on the internet. All this can be enjoyed while sitting under the largest ceiling fan you have ever seen!
Heart Pine hardwood floors were just placed at the end of April 2011!
