Stay in a fully renovated and furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located on the historic Laurel Canyon Drive, which has been home to many celebrities over the years. This is an upper unit in a charming 6 unit building located at the base of the Hollywood Hills.

Just a short cab ride to Hollywood & Highland. Walk to many great restaurants, House of Blues, Virgin Megastore, Tower Records & much more. Walk up the Canyon by Jim Morrison and Harry Houdini’s former homes to the Canyon Country Store for fresh brewed coffee and while you’re there shop for snack and sandwiches at the deli. Just below the Canyon Store is a delightful neighborhood restaurant called Pace.

1.6 miles from the Kodak center (site of the Academy Awards), subway stops here too. 4.5 miles to Universal Studios, 27 min. to Venice Beach & Santa Monica, 10 min. to Beverly Hills, 10 min. to most studios, 25 min. to LAX or Burbank airports, 1.5 miles to the world famous Laurel Canyon Dog park.

Why the Owner Chose Hollywood

I bought into this 6 unit building when my best friend told me her parents and 4 of their friends were buying a building together. Eventually I bought a 2nd unit and inherited a long term tenant.
My brother was coming to town to visit and while researching hotels in this area, I found that they ranged from $275 to $670 a night!!! When my tenant left to get married, Jack suggested I convert it to a vacation rental...offering a low cost alternative with more space and amenities than the local hotels.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We treat everybody like family. We love driving renters around to give them the lay of the land and pointing out 'hot spots'. We do the interpreting for those tenants from foreign countries and...we live and work right next door so we're always available to print out business emails and faxes for those that need to keep in touch with their offices. We clip coupons for the shoppers and have an 'on call' computer expert and contractor to resolve any problems immediately

I share an apartment with my dog, Buddy, my cat, Ninja and my fiance, Jack.

    • We recently stayed at this condo and it was fabulous! It far exceeded our expectations and I don't think we can go back to hotel stays! Both Lynda and Jack were amazing, very friendly and always accessible to us, providing directions, suggestions and anything else we could think to ask. We even hopped over to their place for some chatter and snacks! The location could not be better - you are right in the heart of West Hollywood (which, in our opinion, is the best location for exploring everything that LA has to offer). The amenities could not be beat and the property was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and I've kept the address on file for the next we stay in LA. P.S. Don't forget to check out Sprinkles on Santa Monica Blvd near Rodeo Drive - the best cupcakes on earth! Well worth the wait!

Extra puppy treats for Sunshine and the condo is spacious, roomy, uber clean and has all the amenities you'd have a home, and the best is the enclosed garage!!!
