Owner's Map of Montreal

I am A New Zealander who was invited to spend Xmas in Montreal almost 30 years ago ... and stayed. That's how great I think Montreal is !
Montreal is a great multi-cultural city, not too large, very safe, laid back & colorful. The food is exceptional & if you are visiting in summer there are endless festivals to keep you busy all summer long.
My husband Ron & I are both Real Estate Brokers who are taking things easy these days.Ron is a self taught painter & loves to paint in his spare time, I am passionate about yoga & gardening.
We both love to travel & our furnished rentals came as a result of a trip to London one year where Ron discovered the convenience & advantages of renting a furnished rental. He came home & convinced me to convert some of our regular rental apartments into furnished apartments.
Montreal may not be the prettiest city in North America but it seems to me that it's the people here that make it such a great city to visit & live in.

    • a truly stunning apartment to stay in. Light, massive rooms and comfortable beds. Loved that we were staying in the trendy quartier latin too - loads of great restaurants and bars up the road. Highly recommended.

    • This apartment is a wonderful place to stay if you wish to visit Montreal. As a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 9, 9 and 8, we liked that each kid had his own bedroom and that the living space is so huge. We also appreciated the beautiful decor, an elegant mix of antiques and modern furniture selected with great taste. The high ceilings give it an airy feeling while the mouldings and hardwood floors make it feel cosy and sophisticated. Thanks to the great location, walks to downtown or the nearest metro station were easy even with kids, which made it useless to have a car when touring the major attractions. Ron and Christine are dedicated and responsible homeowners who will gladly share their knowledge and enthusiasm for the city of Montreal. Go for it, you won't regret it!

    • This is a stunning apartment. I've stayed here several times, and the high ceilings, the space, and the light streaming in the windows make for a dreamy setting for a vacation with a group (there are lots of bedrooms!) or a romantic getaway. The circular staircase in the hall gives the apartment a lot of drama; staying there makes me feel like a movie star. And when you want to go out, everything you need for a great day of discovering Montreal is right outside your doorstep. Ron and Christine are friendly, fun and interesting people, and they know all the best places to go and things to see. You can't get a better start to your trip than here.
