The upstairs master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms can sleep four or five and share the second upstairs bath. Covered verandahs front and back plus a screen porch will offer sun, shade and shelter.
The full electric heat will keep you comfortable no matter what the weather. The cottage is located in a central South Shore rural community called Augustine Cove. The location is perfect - away from any traffic and hustle and bustle, but only minutes from amenities and attractions. You are 10 minutes from Borden where the Confederation Bridge begins, 35 minutes from Charlottetown, Cavendish and the airport. You can do your grocery and seafood shopping in Borden or if you drive to Summerside [20 minutes] you have unlimited selection of everyday or gourmet shopping. There are award-winning golf courses in any direction with the nearest only 15 minutes away and several within 45 minutes. The North Shore beaches and attractions are a casual 35 minute drive straight across the Island on quiet country roads.
